HERE WE GO AGAIN…
The Animal is unleashed one more time for another epic battle with USPlabs…

I want to take some time first of all and give much MAHALOS to USPlabs for giving me another great opportunity to have my review on another product for THE greatest sports supplement company on the planet. I don’t care what anyone else says, this is how I feel, and where my home is.

Now for the good stuff…
Nutrition
I will tweak my FTP customized diet plan. I will add more calories to my day by at least 2000, and up my protein intake per day as well. I don’t follow that 1g per bodyweight. Mass monsters need more protein than that. I will throw in more veggies and ease up on the sugary fruits except on cheat days. Here is a list of what I have planned.
-Chicken Breasts/Turkey Breasts
-Sirloin/Chuck Steak
-Eggs (mostly whole)
-Steel Cut Oats
-Broccoli, Asparagus, Spinach, Garden Lettuce
It will vary from week to week on what kind of meals I will prepare. Depending on what I feel my grocery list will change. But those are the mains for the time being. Thanks to Costco.

Training
Most of you who have followed my logs before, know that I follow a powerlifting type of workout regimen. I hate using light weights, and I hate training lightly. I believe that if you go in the gym, you are there to wreck havoc and do damage. You are not there to not give it your all and go home smiling without pain. If you leave without pain, you didn’t do enough. I train with the mentality that I can move anything in my way even if I really cant, I will push myself beyond my limits and at least budge that dang weight. There is no quit in me, and there never will be.
I live by this Bible verse “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” Phillipians 4:13
You follow that creed, you can accomplish anything.
Training splits will go as shown
-Mondays- Chest/Shoulders/and Tris (all push day)
-Tuesdays- Back/Abs/and Forearms (all pull day)
-Wednesday- HIIT cardio (yes this monster does Cardio)
-Thursday- Legs
-Friday- Arms/Abs
-Saturday- Mess Around Full body blowout (Whatever I see I will do)
This may seem typical, and that almost everyone follows the same split, but unlike most people, I change it up every week. I always confuse my muscles and and keep em guessing. I train alone and almost with no partners at all, unless its my super heavy days where I need them to prevent injury.

Supplementation
For about a week and a half, I stopped using TP, Compound 20, Prime, and Pink Magic. Although those great supplements did play a role in my strength gains, and my monster growth, I was willing to put them aside to for this new formula. Currently in the mix
-Jack3d Micro/Jack3d (this will depend on the day and the workout)
-Recreate ( I have used this during my FTP program, and had great results)
-BioAstin (hawaiian Astaxanthin)
-MegaMen Sport multivitamin
-Powerfull
-Modern BCAAS (Fruit Punch)
-Pro5 Protein

Goals
What do I want out of this? I want to be one of the lucky few to say “we have another great product here.” USPlabs has never and I repeat never let me down. Every single product has delivered great results for me, and allowed me to break countless prs, and surpass some of my goals I had initially set. I have been a big guy all my life, but always strong as heck, but for a big guy, I was in good shape. No I don’t have the abs like 300, or the physique of bodybuilders, but I have discipline, and knowledge on supplements and exercise, and if I really wanted to, I can look like all those guys. Im not an image person, and will never be one. The main thing is that my knowledge gets passed on to others who can also accomplish their goals. Don’t get me wrong, at the end of this beta, I will still be the monster everyone knows, just in better shape.

Okay brothers.. here is a little update.. Im still being doctor daddy.. my baby is slowly getting better, but my wife has been sick for the past week, and still going to work and all.. see it the strength runs in my family.. i did however finally have my first day of training with the new formula..

Pre workout supps-
6 yok3d
2 scoops original jack3d
1 PA

During workout-2 scoops of Modern BCAAS

Note: I have actually been off all supplements besides my multivitamin,fish oils etc, for about two weeks... i havent trained in about a week and a half taking care of baby and my wife. so i was pretty much well rested and the gym was long overdue...

This is the damage done..

Incline Barbell Press
135 warmups for 50 reps
225 for 15 reps
315 for 10 reps
405 for 6 reps
I didnt expect to even get the bar off for the 405, but i actually used a spotter and i managed to bang out that 6th rep with help...

DB Flyes
50lbs for 20 reps
60lbs for 15 reps
70lbs for 15 reps
80lbs for 10 reps
This is where i feel the most contraction, and tearing of my muscles, i usually go deep and squeeze at the top...

Dips
bodyweight for 4 sets of 50
I will use added weights in a few weeks, for now i need to remaster the bodyweight dips since i could already feel a little tightness in my elbows and my hand grips were not at par.

Tricep Cable Pushdowns
160 for 30 reps
190 for 20 reps
230 for 20 reps
250 for 20 reps
This is an easy workout for me, i can normally reps the whole stack for a few sets, but I decided to focus more on the control of the weight, the positive and negative kicks.

Machine Flyes
280 (entire rack)5 sets of 15
This is my warmdown set to get a little more action on my chest. The feeling is great and you can actually feel the muscle grow with every squeeze.

Just for fun to see if my strength is still there, i loaded the smith machine with 595 for some shrugs... yep, my strength is still there.. banged out 4 sets for 15 reps each. the smith maching bar at my gym is already bending thanks to me, so dont load much anymore.. haha

Overall, it was too soon to honestly say exactly what i felt off this product, but im sure with a few more workouts, ill be able to get a positive review. im thinking about just stacking this with micro, and recreate.. hold off on the yok3d.

Post workout Shake
60grams of Pro5 Protein mixed with some oatmeal and a banana...

Post workout meal
8 oz steak seasoned with hawaiian salt and some shoyu(soy sauce)
2 cups potatoes (red)

i kept my meal simple since it was just for me..haha..


This week, i plan to hit it harder.. now that i am back in the gym full time training at 530 am again, i will be able to deliver great results with this product. for now all i have is an ipad to take videos and photos but its hard since i still train alone..

I use to go up to 100... For the yok3d I normally take about 45 minutes out.. I highly recommend it on heavy days..

Day 2 OFF
-Didn't really get much done here. Wife and baby were still feeling a little down, so Doctor Daddy took over. I kept my usual supplements in there such as AP, SuperCissus, Modern BCAAs, and my normal vitamins. No real changes...

(Only reason for the smith machine is the tension I feel in my elbows when I take more than a week off from the gym. And since I train without a partner, the hooks are always a great way to bail out)

DB side laterals
40lbs for 2 sets of 15
50lbs for 2 sets of 12
60lbs for 2 sets of 8
(By this exercise I am in a zone you cant snap me out of. Once I get interrupted, chances are high I may fly the dumbbell at you.)

Reverse Cable Flyes
5 Sets of 180 lbs(the entire rack)
(This begins my warm downs.)

Smith Machine Upright Rows/Superset with DB Shrugs
135lbs for 2 sets of 15/ 100lbs Shrugs for 2 sets of 20

Ending cardio was 15 minutes on the bike...

Post Workout- 65 grams of PRO5 Protein
Post Workout Meal- 8 oz chicken breast breaded in bread crumbs
Other meals were a mix of shakes and chicken and boiled eggs



Day 4 Off (12 hour shift)
Supplement intake
-AP before my carbs meals
-1PA with lunch
-SuperCissus in the morning and night
-BCAAs as a refresher midday
-Protein intake was a mix from shakes and chicken breast
-Over all I felt great from the workout the day before. Days after I normally go hard and heavy, I still feel like I could have done more. People have been saying they have had their hunger increase, but for me, I am always hungry and if I am hungry I eat. Cant really say if I feel that way or not.

Spoon Fed? My macbook is 100x superior for teaching, battery life, and operating compared to a windows computer as far as being a teacher, plus it does sync with my iphone and ipod. Makes keeping information and database stuff organized.

Again just me and my preference...
