My meals for the day consisted of a mix of sirloin steak and potatoes for the first half of the day. the other half consisted of chicken breast, turkey breast and rice.

I try to keep my protein intake high hence the red meats and chicken. for snacks, i usually had a protein shake or some kind of lean protein bar like Quest bars.

The only reason for the 4 scoops of BCAAs is due to the fact that on these days, i tend to over train sometimes, and i can feel the fatigue coming on, so i decided to up the scoops again.

I decided to try this out as my warmup set again instead of using the incline bar bench.. this adds a little more width to your upper chest and allows your muscles to work more since you have to control the weight.

This exercise helps with your explosive power.

Because of the heavy weight, i always use the smith machine for this exercise. For those of you who have hard time with upper pecs and triceps, i highly encourage you to try this movement.

The power output is unreal.

The smith machine allows more of a squeeze for this exercise with having to worry about dropping the bar. yeah the weight is still heavy but i believe you get more out of this exercise with the smith machine.
Warm Downs were db curls with 50lbs, 60lbs and 70lbs...
No cardio since my calf was still sore
Post Workout-
65 grams of PRO5 Protein
Meals 1-3- lean sirloin steak (10 oz) mixed with a cup of russett potatoes for the extra carbs.
in between i just snacked on fruits and some veggies.
