It is that time again.....
I got me a new gym membership.... a new product to test.... Let's Fkn Go!
I have to thank Casey and Jacob for another testing opportunity. Casey, I already told you I am pulling all the stops on this ride.... It's going down brother. I'm taking my diet to another level. My training... another level. I will give nothing but my best in those two areas and will deliver an honest and solid critique of this product. Thanks for allowing me another testing opportunity!
So let's get down to it... It's all about the DETAILS.
Training:
I flirted with one of those "Designer" training programs a few weeks ago. Needless to say she got dumped a few weeks after. So here it is... I'm back on my grind with Dex's Ripped program. Why? Because it flat out works for me. My physique is changing in way's I've never seen before. Plus, I've fallen in love with Dead Lifts... so I've come to the conclusion that IF i ever change my training up it must include Deads and Squats.
So the #GymFlow will look like this:
Sunday- Boulda Shouldaz B!
Monday- Squats Squats Squats Squats-Squats Squats-Squats (Lil Jon Voice)
Tuesday- Back/Biceps
Wednesday- Rest/Cardio
Thursday - Chestbrah/Triceps
Friday - Dead Lifts/CobraTraps
Saturday - Rest/Cardio
Diet:
I aim to consume the best things possible for me. Sometimes I fall short, but that is few and far between. My grocery cart can often been seen with Eggs, All kinds of veggies (including potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, celery, carrots, baby spinach and others), fruits (apples, oranges, bananas) Chicken, Steak, Lean Ground Beef, Ezekiel bread, Almond Milk, Whole Wheat Pastas and Wraps, Tuna, Greek Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Nuts and sometimes Ice Cream You will see lots of #foodporn on here. I will keep my diet high in Protein, enough carbs to build, and a good source of healthy fats. My daily goal for protein is around 260g, Carbs are around 140g and Fats are around 30g. This fluctuates depending on what day it is. In general, I "Carb Up" for Leg days. This is all wrapped around IF style Dieting. I typically consume all my calories between 12pm and 8pm. This has been working well. Some days I stretch the fasting part a little longer. And water consumption is +3L a day. I carry a 3L jug around with me and make it a goal to kill at least 1 full jug of water a day to stay hydrated.
Supplementation:
I am going with a "barebones" approach here. The only thing I will be using along side the Patented Anabolic are:
Jack3d Family pwo's (Micro on upper body days, OG on leg days)
Protein (Fast/Slow digesting combo)
Modern BCAA's (White Blue Raz currently)
2 Kre-Alkylan caps pre and post workout... 2 in the morning on non training days.
Thats it. I'm not taking a multi... not taking a fishoil.... not taking an anti-oxidant.... No Prime, AP, or Test Powder ... (Had to hide my stack from myself just so I won't be tempted to take it)... For the next month, I want to feel every thing/ or nothing at all.... whatever the experience might be.. I'm Ready.

Wt: 180 as of yesterday
Bf%: not tested yet... estimated to be about 13-15%
