  16. Today my hammies/butt/Erector muscles are killing me. Mostly my hammies though. Arms aren't too bad. Bc I'll be going out of town for work I'll workout 2maro morning, semi fasted. Should be interesting.

  17. Update info, I think my GI discomfort may be related to my dosing of jacked micro (Agamatine sulfate) and PA together? It only seems to hit me hard after I dose them together.

    Diet has been spot on the entire time, I'm really enjoying this dieting outline.

    It doesn't happen all the time, I'm trying to piece the puzzle together. Timing will be next; 60min PA & 30min micro. Only way is to try it out and see yourself ;-)

  25. here's a slight change with diet today bc of fasted training. I had 50gr Vitargo with 50gr whey isolate pre/intra. Chicken meal will be subb'd with beef today so two beef meals. Workout was crappy, I was super stiff and couldn't get lose in the time I had.
