Breakfast
3 eggs and turkey bacon protien shake.
Snack was a shake and granola bar.
Lunch and pre workout
8 oz sirloin and baked potato no butter.
Post workout
10 oz shark and. 2 cup vegetables.
Had a good leg day. Not so heavy bit good control and form.
