    Small update. Internet down so using phone. Good day to.start on diet.
    Meals was
    Breakfast
    3 eggs and turkey bacon protien shake.

    Snack was a shake and granola bar.

    Lunch and pre workout
    8 oz sirloin and baked potato no butter.

    Post workout
    10 oz shark and. 2 cup vegetables.

    So I started the.day off with a fasted cardio session. Burned 480 calories.

    Day one was legs.

    2 min stair stepper

    Lying ham curl
    25 x 10 x 3
    35 x 10 x 2

    Leg press
    low and wide with 1 sec pause on top
    250 x 10 x 4 sets

    High and medium with pause at top
    450 x 10 x 4 sets

    smith front squats
    90 x 10 x 2 sets
    ATG on those!

    8 min stair stepper
    5 min bike

    6 sets of weighted abs
    body weight was 255 even today weighed in PM.


    Today was 2 sessions.

    1 st session was fasted cardio

    10 sets of various abs

    weighed in at 251?!!

    Today workout time was at 1030 am. I don't have the power I normally have when doing this in the AM.

    Incline smith press

    For some reason my forearm was really sore and I was having a hard time holding the bar today

    Was really wanting to get in early for added cardio but I was having a morning from hell.
