  4. Today workout time was at 1030 am. I don't have the power I normally have when doing this in the AM.

    Chest
    Incline smith press
    bar x 30
    140 x 12
    225 x 8 x 4 sets
    For some reason my forearm was really sore and I was having a hard time holding the bar today
    255 x 5
    140 x 12 used a really wide grip

    Superset
    Incline db and flat Db press
    65 x 10 50 x 10
    70 x 10 50 x 8
    burnout set
    45 x fail 45 x fail


    decline
    140 x failure x 3 sets

    Superset
    pec dec with Upper pec cable flies
    190 x 10 x 3 sets 30 x 10 x 3 sets

    push ups to fail

    cardio was HIIT
    15 min and 6 intervals .

    abs 3 sets

    Leave in a sweaty mess. was there 55 min.

    Was really wanting to get in early for added cardio but I was having a morning from hell.

    225 x 5 I was feeling weak on this press? Not sure what was going on.

    DB rear delt
    15 x 12 x 4 sets

    In gym for again 55 mins total. I didn't notice I was going at this fast of a pace.

    From what I get they are almost 29 inch in the middle of the quad. Not sure if that is good or not? I know they look bad but I'm a hairy Mofo and refuse to shave legs lol.

    ARMS
    Superset
    Straight bar curls 8 reps 100lbs
    Skull crushers 20 reps 100 lbs
    5 sets

    Superset
    Bench dips 30 reps
    Incline Db curl 8 reps with twist ,with a 5 sec twist and then additional reps on the end
    5 sets

    SUPERSET
    preacher curls 28 method ( 7 normal, 7 superslow ( with a 3 sec up and 3 sec down ) 7 upper half and 7 bottom half! ) Yes this is gut wrenching!
    bench dips 30 reps
    5 sets!

    That one ^^^ WAS a gut check!

    GIANT SET

    Rope press on lat machine 10 - 15 reps
    barbell wrist curl forward 20 reps
    barbell wrist curl backward 20 reps
    4- 5 sets

    abs 5 sets

    I could barely turn the steering wheel when I left!. SUPER PUMP tonight!. Condense was working on this!
