Sorry I have not updated in a while. Super busy right now and its going to get worse till the year is over. I just wanted to go ahead and write my last post on this log and give my thoughts on a few things.
I have really enjoyed this stack and this contest. Wilpit is the hardest person I have ever tried to compete against. I think I underestimated him. I will not do that again lol
Huge thanks to Lecheek and Matty and Marms for the chance to run this. I enjoy everything Lecheek makes, I feel they are one of the few companies I trust.
I have a lot to say about this stack. I will post about that as soon as I can.
What I learned during this contest.
1: Wilpit is like the woo tang clan. He ain't nothing to F*ck with . LOL.
The guy is a beast.
2: Don't ever post your PR while doing a challenge with WILPIT, he go right behind you and crush your PR to nothing, You will have a bad day after that.
3: My diet sucks
4: 60 days is a long time for someone with ADHD to stay focused.
5: I hate cardio
5.5 : I really hate cardio
6: This stack has gave me the best sleep and recovery I have ever had on a supplement.
7: Anabolicminds.com has some really great people here that helpful and motivating.
8: There ain't nothing like smashing a NEW PR.
So what happened while on this stack and contest.
I started off great, then I seen wilpit get abs in like a week. I was like WTF? lol .. I am pretty sure he is one of those guys that can sneeze and get abs and a NEW PR at the same time.
Anyway , I started off really good but as always my diet is what is my doom. I never got the abs I wanted. Although I did shrink my waist size down and set PR's the whole time on this stack. I feel the strongest I have ever felt in my life right now, I also have more which is great because of the style I like to workout to.
I went down in weight and then starting getting stronger at such a good rate I decided to go ahead and EAT and grow. Well I did. Pics are one thing Measurements are something else.
I started out at around 248 - 250 I am right now sitting at 261. Now is that lean MASS? F no. lol. I have gained some muscle or else I would set PR's like I have. With the holiday's when they was I was eating everything .
Arms was at 17 3/4 Now 18 1/2
shoulders was 50 now 53 Now that is some gain!
chest 44 now a 48
waist a tight 42 now a semi tight 40.
legs are my trouble area I cant get any growth at all. I am 6'4 so I know that goes with the height but.
Legs start was 26' at 3' above knee. Now 27 1/2
that don't sound like much and I cant really see it but tape don't lie.
I will upload my pic as soon as I can. My phone is being a complete jackass right now though so I do the best I can.
They are not the best pics but they are best I can do. If you don't like them I can try and take some others or something. My stomach is not as trim as It was earlier in the stack but I have been eating like a country boy is meant to the last 2 weeks lol.
I will say that I have gained some lat's while on this stack and that has been something I NEVER have been able to see or feel. lol.
I will miss the sleep I have gotten from this stack as well.
