First off I'd like to thank Ben and PES/USP for the chance to log this stack!

Anabeta
Anacyclus pyrethrum DC Extract (root) 800 mg

AnaBeta is a product in an all new category of its own. It is a compliant, non- toxic, non-suppressive myotropic phenomenon! When PES set out to create a product of this type over a year ago we had a number of ingredients that interested us. We eventually landed on the ingredient of AnaBeta, Anacyclus pyrethrum extract. We read the research on the ingredient which stated an extraction method using petroleum ether (Pet Ether, or PET). We knew this extract would have been commercially impossible to use and produce a viable product for the market and that made economical sense. Instead we used our own method of extraction that proved to be incomparable to any compliant supplement we or any of our local testers had ever used. The method of extraction used is unique to PES and specialized to yield specific results in muscle science.

Current Stats 5'10 186lbs


Dosing: I'll be taking 2 scoops of test powder each morning, and 2 Anabeta pre, and post workout. On rest days I will spread the Anabeta throughout the day.

Routine: I'm currently following Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 but due to some back trouble I am switching up the squat and deadlift days to some different exercises. I'm still ironing out exactly what I will be doing on these days. Bench and Mil Press are still following the 5/3/1.

Today was my second day on the stack. I must say the taste of the test powder isn't too bad for fruit punch. I've just been mixing it with a very small amount of water. Not feeling any effects yet, still very early.

Trying to keep from taxing my back today, but leg press kinda made it sore today. I think I was bringing it too far down and using my back, I'll either have to fix that or just use the machines for a couple weeks. Felt like I got some decent leg work in though. It's been a while since I've done any of these exercises and I was surprised at how much more weight I can do on them. I actually used the whole stack on leg extension.

Not my best performance today on the money set, however my diet has been kinda shaky as of late. Also since I started focusing on keeping my elbows more forward the lift has gotten a good deal more challenging. Delts were on fire after the BBB so I'm not too worried about today. No real effect from the stack yet, but I have noticed that if I take the test powder on an empty stomach it really aggravates it. So I will be making sure to take it with food from here on out. Got a pretty good pump from dropping the weight and going really strict on accessory work.

That's too bad that a lot of people seem to get stomach issues from the Test Powder. Hopefully you find a dosing strategy that gives you results without the sides.

This is usually my deadlift day. To give my back a break, I've turned it into a fun day, which is pretty fun lemme tell you. All exercises went pretty well and I got a good pump. Still a bit early to be feeling the stack but I'm definitely working up that Anabeta hunger already. Standard dose of the products today, 2 scoops test powder at waking with 2 Anabeta, then 2 more Anabeta post workout.

I know I look a bit awkward putting that dumbbell in my legs, don't give me any guff about it ;)

Yeah I think I took the blue gene PWO on training days, then whenever on non training. But I dosed non training days for sure.

Pretty good workout, standard dosing of Test Powder and Anabeta today. Noticing some nice vascularity, from the Anabeta I'm sure. Looking forward to about 4 more days in, the DAA should be getting to full effect by then.

Fuark guys, my eardrum burst last night. I don't know if I'm gonna lift this week. Believe me, I hope I do. I have my fingers crossed to hit the iron by thursday. Should be able to gauge my recovery a bit better tomorrrow.
