Kept things pretty simple today, just pressing and calves. Made sure to keep my back flat against the machine today so as not to aggravate it, which worked really well. It is feeling a lot better than it has been and I didn't feel it today at all. Hopefully a couple more weeks going light on it and I can get back to squatting and deadlifting. It really sucks right now not doing them. Vascularity is really up now that I'm lifting again, my calves had some serious ropes going today. Hopefully I can do this stack justice in the second half of my log here.
