    Kept things pretty simple today, just pressing and calves. Made sure to keep my back flat against the machine today so as not to aggravate it, which worked really well. It is feeling a lot better than it has been and I didn't feel it today at all. Hopefully a couple more weeks going light on it and I can get back to squatting and deadlifting. It really sucks right now not doing them. Vascularity is really up now that I'm lifting again, my calves had some serious ropes going today. Hopefully I can do this stack justice in the second half of my log here.

    11-19 Standing OHP

    This was a good workout, first time really doing standing OHP so I was happy to see that my 1 RM that I got was only 10 lbs less than the last time I tested my seated max.

    BB Curls 12,8,[email protected] Went really strict and slow trying to focus on MMC.

    My bad setting up the camera, I'm pretty confident about my ROM, you get the idea though. Just got this dip belt today, been waiting to use it.


    Test Powder and Anabeta are in full effect, I haven't even lifted that much and am going in and hitting PRs pretty consistent. The only complaint I have right now is that the flavor of test powder gets old very quickly, I mix it with my PWO to mask it on training days, but on off days it is literally a chore to take. Anabeta is working nicely seeing strength gains, vascularity, and am consuming massive amounts of food, all standard for AB from my past experience, definitely one of my favorite supps ever.

  17. I haven't tried the test powder yet. Casey & Jacob are making me take this PA solo :eyeroll: so annoying, this bf I've been dropping making my pants loser and having to unload more weights from strength gains. Sucks....

  20. 11-26 Cycle 4 Week 2 Bench

    Pretty good workout today, not squatting or deadlifting would be a lot more depressing if I wasn't consistently blowing my bench PRs out of the water. I'll take what I can get for now. Today was my last serving of the Test Powder, I still have a 3 days worth of Anabeta. I haven't really lifted all that much for this log due to illness etc. I have actually gotten really fat too, I was 194 after today's workout. But I must say I'm impressed at the fact that I have made big strength gains on this stack despite illness, lack of lifting, and an admittedly crappy diet.

    Get a look at this chick's ass in the background of this vid too, she has to be over 40 but she's doing something right.

    Never gone too heavy on the leg press before, although I'm not sure 7pps is that heavy, I've seen guys move a lot more than that. Either way it was a PR and a good benchmark for progress on the leg press, which is still pretty new in my routine. Out of Test Powder with a couple days of the AB still. Felt strong throughout today's workout. I wish I hadn't gotten sick so I could have really put this stack to the test.

    Pretty good workout today, I used Cycle 3 Wk 1 weights to make the switch from seated to standing OHP. I think it worked out pretty well, aside from the BBB being just a little too much for today. Shoulders were burning by the end, I'm glad I finally switched to standing press. BB row went pretty good, I've switched my lat pull grip to a more overhand narrow grip like I was doing a pull up, and it is proving to be a bit tougher, but I'm feeling it in my lats a lot more than with the wide grip. I forgot to take my last 2 Anabeta for the day yesterday, so I took 3 pre workout today and 3 post. I really feel like the 3 pwo made a difference in vascularity. I had serious veins going today all up and down my forearms, and I'm not that lean right now.
