    Do not dose D-Pol with out food.
    Always take with a food meal, either breakfast, lunch, even dinner, just avoid right before bed.
    3 tablets.
    I'm on that D-Pol too.

    Haha as long as the bills are paid and she's taken care of she doesn't question what I buy, truthfully she loves my desire to look bigger, better and overall healthier because b4 we were both overweight and I golfed and drank beer and chewed cope. I was never home and I have motivated her to get into shape and I'm slowly introducing her to supps that can benefit her. She stays home and takes care of the house and our son and I take care of them financially, she does bring in some nice cash doing some work at home.

    As far as the AM I found one on the bay and one on another site before they sold out. I got lucky.

    Yep. My son started putting his tongue in his lip and spitting so I said I think it's time, I also have two guys I know that are only a few years older and one just have to have a biopsy done and the other had to have a tumor removed

    So here's a peak at what my 6-8 week training cycle will look like, it's a hybrid approach combining the strength benefits of a 5x5 program and the mass results of say a 10x10 by going with a 7x7 approach.

    Monday:

    Legs/abs/calves
    Squat - 7x7
    Leg press - 3x10
    DB lunge - 3x12
    Romanian DL - 3x12
    Leg curl - 3x15
    Calf raise - 4x20
    AB exercise

    Tues: cardio

    Wednesday :

    Chest/shoulders/tris/calves/abs
    Incline DB press - 7x7
    Decline DB press - 3x10
    Flat flyes - 3x12
    Machine overhead press - 3x10
    Lateral raise - 3x12
    Calf raise - 4x20
    Abs

    Thursday :
    Cardio

    Friday :

    Back/bis/calves/abs
    Bent over bb rows - 7x7
    Deads - 3x10
    Lat pull downs - 3x12
    EZ bar curls - 3x10
    Hammer curls - 3x12
    Calf raise - 4x20

    I'm going to give it a shot and see how I do with it. Thoughts opinions etc welcome.

    Yes I did this for the first 4 sets holy **** me I'm hurting. My hips are super tight man what do you suggest? I'm starting yoga this week haha gotta work on my flexibility. To be honest I've done squats wrong my whole life so I'm trying to learn from you and others and do it right, I'm weakest from the hole position my back feels weak which is why I'm incorporating good mornings on back days
