    Thanks fellas. Food pump was great kinda similar to the ones I got with Anabeta. :winning:

    The best part is no GI issues whatsoever.

    Quick review of SLINShot so far...
    Glycobol I cannot even comment on as I noticed absolutely nothing from. Now recompadrol I liked as far as the drying I got from it but couldn't handle the stomach problems and it literally pushed all carbs I ate right through me so no bloat sure but it replaced by stomach cramps and consistent trips to the bathroom anytime taken around/near my carb meals.

    Slinshot I don't necessarily get the same drying out results as recompadrol BUT the fact that I can get away with more carbs without the negative affects ie. weight gain, bloat, water retention is such a selling point to me. The price much more reasonable than recompadrol in my book. I am definitely losing fat slower BUT with the slight addition to more carbs i feel I'm hanging onto more muscle than before. I can't wait to run slinshot with Anabeta the combo should be awesome.

    So Bean, I know you low carb it, besides cheat days how effective do you feel SLINshot is?
    You feel it effective enough to add in more carbs through out your run of this product and see what happens?

    Yes indeed like I said a few posts above this is the most effective product in this category I've tried.

    Just a side note, I'm consuming around 1.5 gal of water a day. I'm also trying to quit my ****ing rockstar habit every morning. It's the zero carb zero sugar but I know it ain't good for me. Lol

    I agree, most effective gda I've tried as well. Can't get over the muscle paining pumps and vascularity that comes with it!

    Little update:

    I stayed only to be disappointed last night, had to be to work early so no morning workout planned in hitting chest tonight but I'm sitting here in BFE filling a train with diesel so ill make up for it tomorrow. Diet has been spot on all week.

    Okay fellas off to the gym for round two, did cardio this am gonna hit shoulders tonight. Trying out a 7x7 routine I read about online starting Monday. I've been burnt out on my routine so I've just been winging it since I started this log. Gotta expand my horizons lol. Ill check in I'm a bit hopefully .

    Yes the idea is to take the benefits of a 5x5 (strength) program and a 10x10 (mass) program with the magic number of 7x7 for one compound lift followed by other lifts at normal set/rep ranges. Ill go into more detail I guess as I read more, I just briefly read about this the other night.

    Off to the gym for back and bis.

    I had a whole workout update typed up last night b4 bed and the damn server on this IPhone app canceled it. So ill try and do one for last nights shoulder work and today's back work.

    Tomorrow we have a suite at a nice hotel with hot tub and fire place, and a nice dinner.
