Day 11 - 145.5 (I'm guessing water weight)Well my morning workout went really well. Good focus and energy from the. Did 20 minutes of the elliptical and then some core work. Also did some light bi,tri, and back to keep it loose. Legs are still super sore from Tuesday I put heat on them last night to help them stay loose. I think I'm starting to get addicted to the pump from the prodigy it feels great. Well not a ton to update on, I put pictures up last night. Getting ready for my trip Sunday night.
