Day 11 - 145.5 (I'm guessing water weight)Well my morning workout went really well. Good focus and energy from the prodigy. Did 20 minutes of the elliptical and then some core work. Also did some light bi,tri, and back to keep it loose. Legs are still super sore from Tuesday I put heat on them last night to help them stay loose. I think I'm starting to get addicted to the pump from the prodigy it feels great. Well not a ton to update on, I put pictures up last night. Getting ready for my trip Sunday night.

Day 12 - 144.8

Well my girlfriend ate all the breakfast food in the house yesterday and didn't tell me so I have to goto the gym fasted with only prodigy in my system. I killed the workout but feel like **** now that I'm trying to eat. I took my andro a minute ago but did not take my perform or cissus which is not a huge deal. Il still take my pm dose tonight. I'm stuck driving a box truck today for 2. And half hours one way. I worked my legs this morning in the gym on light weights due to some pain in my right side groin muscle. I'm pulled it many many times and it just never heels up. The biggest problem is trying to do squats and getting as low as I should be. Once I hit 90 degrees its painful. I'm not going to let it slow me down at all. Well I gotta get to a meeting and then get one the road so il update again tomorrow, hope everyone's cycles are going well.

No gym today. Going to my dads to work on my race car so hopefully I can get it sold tomorrow before I leave for a couple weeks. Got to get a fair amount of stuff done before I leave Sunday afternoon for Vermont. I think il hit the gym at the hotel tomorrow night. So far everything is going well with the cycle. The scale is going up and I can tell in the mirror I'm growing a fair bit also. My girlfriend is noticing too which is nice. I'd say the only side I'm running into right now is I'm pretty lethargic. Well hope all is well with everyone and hope everyone is safe that was in Sandy's path. I just saw that Rickey aka howwedo is alright which is a good thing to hear.

Tthanks airrock. Think are going well. I am going to bumping this to 2 caps am and 2 caps pm. I'm on a company training trip in Vermont, I live in Maine. I goto planet fitness in Maine and yes I know it kinda sucks at planet fitness. So I looked on there website after figuring out the fitness center this hotel has sucks and the address for PF is the same as the company I work for so off to the gym to see if its really there.

Will be posting full update later. I have a new favorite exercise and the planet fitness is in the same building as the company I work for which is great. Had an amazing workout this morning. Felt incredible.

Day 15 - ???

So there wont be any weight updates for 2 weeks while im here in vermont as I do not have my scale with me and want to keep it all the same by using the same scale the whole time.

So i got lucky, the planet fitness here was in the same building as the company i work for so I was pretty pumped to figure that out. Got in there and started doing work. Alittle 10 minute jog to loosen up. After that hit abs with some leg lifts and knee raises, 5 sets of each with 20 reps. Rolled through all the tri/bi machines they have doing 5 sets on each with weight increases each time going in order 20/15/10/8/5 for reps. After the first 2 machines the prodigy had my biceps feeling like they were going to tear through my skin, i was loving it. So i started doing overhead dumbbell presses with 20s i know im a light weight. Felt a fair amount of pain and stopped. Gave my left shoulder a good stretch and got back to it. I switched over to the arnold press (watched a video online about it and tryed it out) must say I friggin love the arnold press. So i started with 20s and did 3 or 4 sets of between 10-12 reps. Did regular biceps DB curls inbetween sets. Moved up to 25s for 4 sets of 8. Man those things made me feels great. Finished out with some more core work.

Only problem I am having now is I woke up with a sore throat so I just stopped at rite aid and got some Vit C. Cough drops and other stuff to keep pounding through me so it does not get worse.

So today I was going to bump to 4 caps but I am hoping to get some input from you guys. Should I run 3 caps for one more week which would extend my cycle to i think 40 days i think or bump to 4 caps and have the cycle be 35 or 36 days i think thats what it comes out to. And if i bump to 4 caps should i get another bottle and run it out to 50 days or just finish my second bottle.

How are things going presently, if you feel the need to escalate then go for it. If 3 caps seems fine then stick with it. It all depends how well it converts for you.

Well I can deffineatly tell I am gaining muscle, i think im going to run 3 caps untill i have one week left of caps that allows me to run 4 a day.

Day 16 - ???

First off at work today a coworker who saw me over a month ago looked at me as we were talking about weight and he said "You seem like you have gotten bigger since the last time i saw you" He made sure to inform me that he didnt think I was fat LOL. I work up and my sore throat was way worse today then yesterday.

I took my prodigy and went to the gym. A side note, the one thing I left in Maine was my sweet mixing cup that I had for protein, it does an amazing job, alittle 18oz tornado cup I picked up on ebay for like 12 bucks. So i have been mixing my protein with a spoon, well knife because the glasses in my room are to small for a spoon. So I must say I am pretty angry at this point that I don't have my cup.

So at the gym I struggled through a 20 minute jog on the treadmill, not even the prodigy can make me not feel sick. Did more core work and did some more back work. Tomorrow I think I will tackle legs. The only good thing about the planet fitness here is they still have a leg press that uses plates. Mine back in maine got rid of there and only have a cable one.

i did do a count today and I have 16 days left at 3 pills and 7 days at 4. Hoping a 39 day cycle is going to be long enough. After that into PCT with 2 caps of black, 3g of DAA and formasurge.

I took my nightly supps and rocked out 40 push-ups straight. Never could do that. And that was no rest at all just 40 straight same speed through out. I'm setting the bar saying il be at 50 on Friday. I did notice I'm looking a lot bigger today in my chest and for once I have shoulders I think lol.

Day 17 - ???

I had a good workout, went out and grab a shaker bottle yesterday. Took all my supps this morning and felt fantastic at the gym. I did forget my motion sickness pill last night so I felt a little ****ty at the gym but killed my work out. Worked legs pretty hard but was cruising right along. Had some time so I figured since my core and bi/tri were not sore I might as well hit the, again. So I did some more Arnold presses, shrugs, and dumb bell presses.

Again prodigy had my muscles tearing at my skin. Felt amazing though. I know not much of an update but I believe I am going to throw more pictures up tonight.

Day 18 - ???

Well it's day 18, I am still currently sick but am still powering through my morning work out. This morning was 20 minutes on the elliptical, heavy core work, and just a little shoulders and chest. I'm friggin being a beast right now in the gym just giving it everything I have. I believe I was 145 before I left Maine. I can tell you now I will be at least 150 and I'm guessing more by the time I weight my self next Saturday. I can tell in the mirror and the way my shirts are fitting that I am growing a ton right now. I'm pretty excited at this point in time. My body is accepting the 1-andro very well so I'm still expecting that the best is yet to come. So in my life I've only benched my body weight once and I don't think I looked like what I do now. When I get back to Maine and in the gym with my training partner I will let you guys know how benching goes and if I get up my body weight.

I know you say style so il do my best and let you know how I do things. When I lift I generally do 5 sets on every lift I do. Starting at a weight that I can do 20 reps on and then I up the weight every set so I go 20/15/10/8/5 for reps. Is that what your wondering.

Yes it does, I mean doing that way I never really know my true max because I'm smoked by the time I get to the last set for 5 reps. But it feels great.

Day 19 - ???

Well my sore throat is gone but my head is really congested. I guess it's good I take the weekend off from the gym. Today I did a good amount of core work and worked on shoulders. I can tell you this much guys if there is something I can say right now I can say my arms are deff. Much bigger then before and I actually have shoulders to speak of now. Well I am still super excited about the rest of this cycle.

Okay all caught up looks like you are making good progress. What kind of racing you do, Drag, Stock, Midgets? The high rep down tolow rep you are doing is kind of a catch all and you probably don't have too many worries about injury from a cold muscle but be careful about form slipping due to fatigue if you are pushing hard on your higher rep sets before getting down into 5's.

Glad to have you Kleen, you going to enjoy the rest of this I think. I did 4 cylinder compact paved oval track racing, more or less stock. I did it for 8 years but I'm giving it up this past year being my last one. If I'm still at my current job next year I will be spotting for my buddy who drives a modified.

After my 4 week pct I'm going to take 8 weeks off and continue working out. Il then start my finaflex 1-alpha and condense cycle. 6 week cycle I believe.

He's the link to my log you told me to drop in here.keep the good updates coming man!I will Mack. I take the weekend off from the gym to let everything rest. I am dealing with some right shoulder tightness. It's nothing new for me but can cause some big problems if it does not go away. I'm already looking forward to my next cycle. Just need to keep myself going for the rest of this and pct. it will be easier when I get back home to Maine.

Well I can say one thing today guys, I'm feeling huge today. The shirt I'm wearing has never been so tight, really tight around my arms. Well got into the gym today and all I wanted to do was smash some weights. Did some very aggressive core work followed by rocking out shoulders, bi's, and tri's. I guess my high note was on the incline chest press machine I put up 160 for 5. I bet I could have done another 15 pounds but it was my 5th maybe 6th set so I called it good. My pump was crazy this morning almost friggin hurt it was awesome. Prodigy was firing on all cylinders. Only downside today was I'm suffering from wicked back pumps. Went to get more protein today but they had no powdered taurine so I was SOL.

well guys all I can say is I'm really excited right now. Il post pictures in a couple days.

What protein powder were you chasing after?
I just need to get protein I ran out this morning and since I'm 2 states away from home ordering online from NP was out of the question but while I was getting protein I asked for taurine cause I heard it helped reduce back pumps. I'm not extending this cycle Aaron cause I'd push it to the max if I did being my first il stop when I'm out of andro. However since my pct will be revo black and formasurge I think il see some big changes on the formasurge in pct some I'm excited. My next cycle of 1-alpha is going to be a max cycle at 4 caps a day. I'm thinking 60 days.

I think you may be under estimating the strength of the AI in PCT Rev Black. It is very strong and to add another strong AI like Formasurge to it would be a serious issue with dry joints. Just something to consider. Now something that frees up bound testosterone might be a good addition to your current pct stack if you are looking to add something to it.

You could do that, I mean you could even try running them both at full dose. I am an old man so I worry more about things drying out my joints. Well il give it a go, I can always just drop formasurge. Also you have any advice for back acne. I just noticed the left side of my back is pretty broken out,

Looks like from a quick search il be getting some B5 and l-carntine. Looks like 10g or B5
