PCT Day 26 - weight will be unknown till I get back to Maine.
Merry Christmas everyone. I hit the gym on Sunday and Monday. I hit legs pretty hard on Monday. First time in a long time they are sore. Probably the leg press with 4 plates on each side. Hit like 15 reps. I could have done more but needed to head out of the gym. I think my cals have been down this vacation but may just be the amount of meals I'm eating cause when I do eat I'm slamming the food down. My work outs have been great. Also I am now doing PCT rev black at 2 caps EOD.
