    It def has been a plus! def starting to feel the alpha... Im actually surprised at how decent this stuff is and its only been a week and a half.... Crazy... Ill be able to workout this weekend and maybe friday night... plan on busting out deadlifts, sumo deads, and wide bar grips, with pullups. maybe one arm rows... Well see if my work allows it...

    Ok fellas.
    Did five sets of five reps of deadlifts...
    Warmed up nothing to crazy....
    The workout part was tire tosses... did 20 sets of 5 flips. Really got me breathing heavy....
    Workouts arent to intense right now... but they will be promise!

    Ha... yeah fellas after doing those tire tosses.... my whole butt, hamstrings, forearms, lower back, and abs are real sore.... lol didnt expect that when i woke up... def going to be a staple every week im working...
    Have some heavy lifting shoulders tonight... ill post up the new work out plans... basically im going to follow t-nations workout plan called I,bodybuilder.... looks fun...

    Supplement update... my sleeping is amazing!!!!

    Did some power lifting for shoulders....

    Military bb press 135x3 3sets
    High incline bench press 205 x 3 reps 6 sets
    Push press 155x1, 135x3, 155x1, 135x3, 155x1, 135x3, 165x1 max!

    Stretch as in stretching? If so i do... and even windmills for five mins let em burn a little... dunno what you mean by range...

    Yall should check out the workout its pretty cool... each "phase" focuses on a bodypart but your still getting all of the bodyparts during the week... a phase can be however long you want it to be... its really cool cause you can really hit the areas that are lagging.. which for me would be my delts lats and hams

    True story guys! I ate some sugar cubes that had acid soaked in them. I had a terrible trip. My buddy left and my mom was only home. And I freaked her out good and myself for that matter. I opened up a bag that I tweaked out on in my drugging days and spiders filled my room, they kept jumping out. I turned my room upside down and thouroly cleaned it to get them out. Guess what didn't work, I about killed my mom I went and found some bug spray that was heavy duty stuff we used for the farm and started bombing my room. Had a bandana over my face. My mom was gagging had to get out of house. I ended up leaving for another ****ed up trip in the mean time my buddy who left lived next to golf course licked a sheat of acid that same night ended up driving on golf course green doing donuts and taking flags. He got arrested when they found flags in his truck. Lol! The **** acid does to ya. Just thought I would share lol

    Ok the whole 5000 cals... i still have not reached.... its alot harder than i thought... i will def let yall know... i cant seem to get past 4gs.... argh!!! I might start taking some ghrp 6 to help with hunger more... might just start eating large amounts of fish again... i dunno... any ideas?

    Also really shocked how the daa pills(free test) isnt hurting my stomach at such a high intake... i heard daa tears up stumachs....
