    Its a mobile app for cardio. Basically it puts you into a running game that uses your music and puts you into like a zombie apocalypse movie, you run and zombies come after you and you have to speed up until you evade them or they catch you. You collect random things along the way to fortify your base after your session. People come over the radio and communicate to you. It makes cardio more of a game than a chore for me.

    Holy **** I need to try this. I absolutely hate cardio so I will try anything to make it better

    Seated leg curl: 170x12 230x12 250x10

    Leg extension: 140x12 170x12 170x12 230x12

    Leg press: 400x14 400x12 400x12

    Calf press: 400x38

    Very quick visit, no single leg press today. Left leg isn't doing so well at the moment.

    Had lower back surgery a few years ago from an accident at work. Surgery didn't go as planed and left me with some nerve damage. Took about 12 months to really walk again. Occasionally I have issues with it.

    Just keeping it moving and keeping a strong core. Most of the time its fine I just avoid certain things to prevent further damage. PT for me was a gym membership provided by Workers Comp.
