  16. Finaflex 1-andro. Just something mild. I'm a small guy in general so no reason for me to go crazy and from what I understand its pretty mild. PCT should be fairly easy but don't take that as letting my guard down or taking it for granted.

  18. I have read some about it. I'm just going to stick with the stuff I have right now to run my cycle. I think the only other thing I might add is formasurge to try and it out.

  20. What would you find is the best thing for it? I've also never been able to gain weight through eating only lifting. My metabolism is really fast in my family. Well guess I need to hit the sack and get up for work in the morning.

    20 minutes of HIIT cardio complete.
    Elliptical: 3 minutes on level 9, 1 minute (all out) on level 16 through out the 20 minutes.
    Heart rate was as high as 172. :O
