
Yes, 4am....I was out drinking, smoking and picking up chicks!!Truthfully....I took a shot of Speed X3 around 9pm so I could stay up and watch the the Olympia....I stayed up all right!!

Sunday* DAY 12-
Dosed one Hyper T2 at 10am and one Oxy Eca Black before attempting to work shoulders around 4:15pm. I stress the word "attempt" because I only slept about 10 hrs over the weekend![]()
As soon as I started my shoulder w/out I knew it wasn't going to be good, but pushed on for approx 40 mins and finished up on the treadmill for an hour. The Oxyeca finally kicked in during cardio, so at least that went well!! One thing I've noticed when I take the Oxyeca ... if I'm already in a bad mood then it becomes worse, so watch out!!!
Pm- took 2 MASS HGH caps before bed
Monday* DAY 13-
Dosed one Hyper T2 around 9am and 1/2 scoop of Speed X3 before KILLING hammy's from 11:30am- 1:30pm. I was pretty tired from the weekend and actually crashed before finishing. It was probably the wrong time to cut my serving of SX3 in half but I was feeling quite antsy this morning and chickened out on taking a full dose!!
Legs-
-Leg curl's- 2 set's (40lbs), 2 set's (50lbs), 3 set's (70lbs) /finished w/ one drop set. Each set consisted of 15-18 reps
-Leg extension-3 set's (50lbs) 2 set's (70lbs)/finished w/ one drop set- These were performed w/ slow and controlled movements, squeezing hammy's during each set. Each set consisted of 15-20 reps
-Leg press- 5 set's/ each set consisted of 20-25 reps
-Stiff-legged dumbbell lift's- 3 set's (25lbs), 2 set's (30lbs), finished w/ one LONG ASS drop set - 30lbs,25lbs,20lbs,15lbs - 20 reps each set!!
-Walking lunges 2 set's no weight back and fourth across gym, 3 set's w/ 20lbs bar
-Hack squat machine - 2 set's using body weight cause that's too much weight already!!
-Finished up w/ more leg extensions - 2 set's/ 30 lbs was all I could handle!!
4pm- dosed one Oxyeca Black
Pm cardio- 40 mins Artic trainer followed by 4 set's of step-up's holding 15lbs dumbbell's/set's include 20 reps per set.
Pm- took 2 MASS HGH caps before bed

Yeah....I've been trying to change my leg w/out's to more of a circuit style, with high rep's and little rest in between. Makes them more fun that way!!

I usually don't sweat noticeably unless I'm doing something VERY strenuous. And usually its only to the pits/midback region that I can tell I've been sweating. After today's 2 scoops and some deadlifting I saw it roll off my forehead and make drops on the floor. So yea... it heats you up quite well![]()

Your lucky you don't sweat like crazy after one scoop, cause I sure do!! My entire body heats up w/in 10 mins of starting to lift. I mean it's insane how hot I get and compare the heat to what being on dnp felt like last year, hot and clammy! You don't hold the amount of b/fat that I do, so I'm sure being well insulated doesn't help the situation!! Anyway.....your brave one, DJBeanPole!!!

and speaking of being well insulated.....my b/fat will be tested this morning and unfortunately I'm feeling big and bloated today. Weight is 151 lbs which means I'M NOT ON TRACK!!!!!! Wonder if I can be anymore negative today?!?
Will report back later w/ the result's. I'm guessing around 18-20%
