    Was that like a Time Under Tension workout? I've done a couple sessions of crossfit training and those were the kind of things done. I did enjoy it but wouldn't do it all the time.

  10. Time Under Tension: continual repetitions on a given exercise not with the intention to count a rep range rather than doing as many as possible in, say, 30sec. Rest 45-60s, repeat. That's the fundamentals behind CrossFit if I'm not mistaken.

    As for my BF% I dunno, i'll get back to you tomorrow I forgot to check yesterday and don't have a caliper.

    Dosed one Oxyeca Black before trying to work out fasted. I stress the word "TRY" because I failed mid way through by purchasing a Power Crunch bar! Did bi's/cardio combo for 1.45 hrs and hit the Hibachi buffet afterward for some sushi, boiled shrimp and hot and sour soup. It was the bomb didee!!! I love sushi SO MUCH

    My Lecheek run is coming to a close in the next few day's and I will have to say that it's been a great ride!! I have a few Oxyeca's and HyperT2's left, and I will finish those off this weekend while continuing to log. I have a few pics from a few weeks ago that I forgot to post and honestly you can't see much detail in them but thought I would throw them up anyway!!

    I've changed so much since they were taken and I plan on posting new one's in he next few day's that will hopefully show my true progress.

    My initial goal for this thread was to lose 10-15 (more) pounds and though that did not happen (scale wise) I still lost b/fat and gained some muscle/shape in the last 50 day's!! I couldn't be happier with my result's so far.......
