    Was that like a Time Under Tension workout? I've done a couple sessions of crossfit training and those were the kind of things done. I did enjoy it but wouldn't do it all the time.

  40. Time Under Tension: continual repetitions on a given exercise not with the intention to count a rep range rather than doing as many as possible in, say, 30sec. Rest 45-60s, repeat. That's the fundamentals behind CrossFit if I'm not mistaken.

    As for my BF% I dunno, i'll get back to you tomorrow I forgot to check yesterday and don't have a caliper.
