    OK, so this day was last Friday. It was a productive day, but tough to make it through my workout due to the lack of calories this week.

    Totals: 175/235/80 = 2360 calories

    Workout:

    Wide grip BW pull ups: 12,12,12

    Single arm DB rows 60lbs: 12,12,12

    Power Cleans 95lb: 12, 12, 12

    Standing cable curls(straight bar attachment): Dropset

    Preacher Curls: 65x4, 45x7

    Incline DB curls: DC rest pause- 8,4,3= 15

    Hanging Leg raise straight legs with twist: 8, 8, 6

    It was like pulling teeth to get through the workout, but progress was made.

    Focus of Alphamine is fantastic. It reminds me of Adderall. But doesn’t feel pharmaceutical. Just similar.

  3. Day 5


    Sooooooooo.... Saturday was Oktoberfest here and it's a couple blocks behind my house. Plus, my neighbors, who are also my co-workers, threw a birthday party for a girl's 21st. It was a fun but rough night. Drank more than I should have, ate plenty of cake and don't really remember all of it. But, Shizz happens. If I had to guess, I was somewhere between 3000 and 3500 calories. Which isn't horrid. I had plenty of sauerkraut, bratwurst, and mustard Which is always a plus in my book. I did notice that the Alphamine stim and focus feeling lasted well into my 3rd or 4th beer(high gravity beers). I had plenty of energy when I usually would be mellow. Gonna chalk that day up as a Cheat day, forget about it and go ahead with my path of destroying fat. Weighed in 2.5lbs less than day 1. Could be water weight but i feel slightly leaner. Could be a bit of both..

    Funny you should mention the adderall. I too made that comparison a few times.

  6. Day 6

    So yesterday was a recovering day with a trip to Sam's club and watching football. Picked up more fish oil and Glucosamine/MSM combo. Diet was a little funny, but was way under maintenance. Had pizza for lunch and was a small dinner.

    Macros: 100/215/80
    Cals: 1920

    So I forgot my morning dose before breakfast. I took it immediately afterwards. Didn't have the same effect or feeling as usual. It didn't hit me hard like usual. That won't be happening again. I like the kick on the ass personally.

  7. Day 7

    Yesterday was a very productive day of destroying fat.

    Breakfast was amazing. Check out what my girlfriend made me for bfast.

    Yeah that's a 2 whole egg + 2 egg whites omelet with avocado, cheddar, green onions, sautéed spinach, fresh tomatoes on top. Pretty damn good.

    Ok so totals..

    Macros: 155/160/90

    Calories: 2070

    Workouts: did a slight weight program for 30min

    Incline bench press: 135 x 12, 12

    Flat bench: 135 x 18

    Seated military: 95 x 15, 13

    Upright rows: dropset 65x12 - 45x8

    Tricep press down(v bar attachment): large dropset

    Tricep pull down( single arm attachment): dropset

    About 3 hours later I took a Bikram yoga class. If anyone doesn't know what that is, I suggest you look it up. It's very specific class. 90min of sweating like a pig. I'm sure I lost at least 5 pounds of water.

    I took my second dose of alphamine before Bikram and my focus in class was absolutely great, but I definitely felt more overheated than I normally do in there. In a 105 degree room the thermogenic effects were very pronounced. I don't usually think "Omg can you please turn on the fan?" during class.

    I am very excited to find out how much BF I've dropped so far. I'll weigh in on thurs and check my BF.

  9. Day 8

    So I am officially dosing 1.5 scoops in the morning and 1 scoop in the afternoon. Still loving alphamine.

    Totals:

    Macros: 120/200/70
    Calories: 1910

    No workout since I worked 13 hours yesterday. Today and tomorrow should be the same. I need to de-load anyways. Today should be a calorie surplus since I've had 3 below.

    Also, DOMS ARE HORRENDOUS from Bikram on Monday. I haven't been this sore in months. It doesn't help that I'm below my normal calorie intake.

    Never tried Adderall, but I dose about 1 or .75 of a scoop 3 times a day at 5 hour intervals, the focus I get at work or with workouts is straight out ridonkulous!

    Felt pretty good besides the DOMS yesterday. I tried to eat maintenance, but the appetite suppression from Alphamine made it difficult.

    Totals: Macros- 170/230/90
    Calories: 2410

    Workout:

    Pullups(various grips) 12,12,10,10

    Abs: 5 sets

    Hammer strength rows: 90lbs. 12, 12. Very slow negatives.

    Preacher curls: 45lbs. 9, 8
    Concentration curls: 30lbs x 11

    Rotator cuff exercises: 5lbs high reps

    Reverse flys: 10lbs. 12, 12

    Still loving Alphamine and noticing my abs a little more each day

  13. Day 10

    Thursday was a very busy day for me. Was running on 5 hours of sleep and Alphamine made a 13 hour day possible. Or at least felt like it did.

    Totals- Macros: 120/170/80

    Calories: 1880

    Didn't actually mean to eat that low, but the workday didn't allow for much time to eat. Alphamine helped get me through it. Kept me focused on work and suppressed my appetite enough.

  14. Day 11

    It was a really good day..

    Macros: 160/250/110
    Calories: 2630

    It was date night and we had fantastic food. Ice cream for dessert. Hence the many fat macros.

    Workout: 2 sets on most exercises, higher rep, full upper body.

    Superset
    Pullups and hammer strength rows- 12,12 and 12,12

    Incline bench: 135 x 19, second set performed with 3 second negatives for 10 reps.

    Flat DB press 40lbs x 12

    Close incline DB (DB's pressed together) 35 x 15

    Push ups( 25lb weight on back and feet on bench) 20 reps then dropped plate off my back and hit 10 more at BW

    Seated military: 95x 12,12

    Upright rows: 65x 15

    Superset
    Cable curls/rope curls & tricep press downs/rope press downs.

    Felt a huge pump, which was very nice since I haven't had many carbs as of late. Yesterday was the highest I've gone since starting alphamine.

    I may bump up the alphamine to 1.5 morning and 1.5 afternoon starting next Tuesday

    Hope you enjoyed your "date night" brosef! I get very few of those but when I do get em they don't seem to last long enough!

    I'm at 2 and 2 on the dosing but don't know if it makes much difference as 1.5 worked great for me as well.

    Yeah I sure did enjoy it and you're right that they don't last long enough.

    2 and 2 is quite a bit. I don't know if I would like that.

  17. Day 12

    Saturday I was very tired and tried to eat a little more, plus I had a craving for a five guys cheeseburger. But overall it was a good day.

    Macros: 145/240/105
    Calories: 2485

    Fat was high again for second day in a row but don't feel like I'm gaining any fat. Also, I haven't reach maintenance calories in almost 3 weeks even when I try. The appetite suppression from Alphamine is quite good IMO but I need to hit maintenance at least once this week. So tomorrow I will probably have a calzone or pizza for lunch, maybe chinese buffet. I feel like my body is starting to hate me and I need to reload my glycogen stores.

    Day 13

    Woke up on 4 hours of sleep in order to make a 9:30 Bikram class after having ppl over Saturday night. Alphamine definitely helped in waking up. During class the thermogenic effects were very noticeable. It was almost too much. My sweat didn't feel like it was cooling me off and I didn't stop sweating for 30 mins after class even though I took a cold shower...

    Macros:145/235/90
    Calories: 2330

    Better on the fat aspect, but still need to carb load or the week. Gonna be a crazy Tuesday. Today I will be moderate on everything because it's my day off and might only lift a little this afternoon.

    So lost 1% and 3 pounds since starting. But I don't know how accurate the BF machine is. I wanna get down to at least 11 before this tub runs out..
