Much thanks gentlemen. Did you guys see the back pic I put up on the last page? AaronJP1 spurred me to take some pics so I could see for myself. I can see more change in the mirror than the camera picks up though which has me scratching my head. I have most certainly gone up in weight and I'm not the only one who has noticed. Unfortunately, and IMO, I've put on a nice little layer of fluff across my belly... which was expected. My abs don't show through quite as much as they used to and I (and this may sound weird/hard to explain) feel my shirts fitting differently... like my stomach sticks out slightly now and I can feel my shirts catching on it more than I used to which makes me uncomfortable
BUT like I said I was expecting that so FFFUUUUUUU!
Oh I don't know... just start calling me Dirk Diggler while you are at itTOOTALLPOWERLIFTING.COM

Heading to gym now for some chest/tri action. NO-Xplod v2 was selected from the mystery claw game today. Tasted just how I remember, effervescent or not! Beta alanine tingling already. We'll see how it holds up. These preworkout products are so strange. I'm so used to agmatine for pumps but none of the previous 2 sample packets I've tried incorporates it (I still see the L-Arginine in them). I love me some pump so we'll see...

Only one PR today. I blame two things. Myself for not giving myself a day of rest from doing Back/Bis yesterday and second my ****ty preworkout! NO-XPlod v2 sucked! I didn't feel a damn thing! Some beta-alanine sensitivity at the beginning that faded and a lack of energy towards the end of the workout. Disappointed. I miss you, SpeedX3
Stay tuned,

I kinda like the claw game that you are playing.

I have always done them on back day for as long as I can remember. But ever since their incorporation into my workouts I was using the wrong form which always involved more of my back. Now that I've changed things up I can see how they would be suited for leg day because my quads definitely got sore after doing them for awhile. However, I find my leg day to be taxing enough. Between squats, front squats, and leg press I don't think I'd be able to managed adding deadlifts in. Even if I did, they would be SLDL instead of conventional which is beneficial for the use of the lower posterior chain. I've just gotten used to it as part of my back routine!

On a lower body day they would be most beneficial. You don't have to pull every week, specially if you have been taxing the CNS with Dead Lifts, Squats , Front squats all along. However I would never recommend someone squating the same day as deadlifting anyhow. I would say you can do Dead Lift (SLDL and/or Sumo Deadlifit) on Leg Days every other week instead of Squats, or simply have 2 lower body days, one for Pulling (dead, SLDL) and Posterior Chain activation (Good Mornings, Bridges) with core engagement, AND another lower body day for Pushing , Hamstring/Quad engagement and core engagement too. Alas one day for Deads, and one for Squats. It is just my opinion, but changing the manner of the lifts will stimulate the CNS better, and not to mention will be better for the metabolic advantages they pose for bulking.
