I'd like to thank AaronJP1 and Purus and for giving me the opportunity to log this pre-workout! For those who are not in the know, I’m going to provide below and introduction to the game changing product… It’s a Preworkout like no other on the market!!!!

Here is some background on myself…. I’ve been lifting for about 18 years now (I’m 36) back in my twenties I would be in the gym 7 days a week. Now I’m a father of 2 little boys (3.5 years & 7 moths) so my workouts have changed. I will lift 4 days a week and Cardio only 2 other days, abs will be worked on 5 days a week. If time allows I will end each lifting day with 15 mins of HIIT running. Workouts will be as follows:
Monday: Chest & Bi’s
Tuesday: Shoulders & Tri’s
Wednesday: Back & Traps
Sat & Sun: Cardio
