Solid bench numbers. I definitely need more than 1 scoop. Usually do 1 1/2

Stimulant tolerance is going to be the number one factor in how many scoops. I sometimes use just 1 but 1.5-2 when I want a kick in the ass!!

Also the nitrate pumps come on strong and you are right some may need more. However with nitrates I have seen personally and looked into it a bit that it accumulates and the effects seem to get better and better longer you use them.

I completely agree, I'm starting to notice the more I'm using it the better it works!! When compared to other PW's that I seem to build a tolerance for over time and need to increase

Im a 1 scoop kinda guy. Stimulants wreck me if i take "too much". Besides, 1 scoop gives me a decent bit of energy.

So over time your saying the pumps get better?

This makes good sense and it has begun to be true with my use. The pump yesterday was definitely increased over previous days. Let's see what leg day today brings.

Wise advice. Haha that is the problem I mentioned in my log. I finished my squats with a crazy max rep/burnout set of 31 reps of 225. When I went to take my post dinner dump I almost collapsed squatting down and fell off the side

2 scoops of condense and off to hit the gym... I have to say that this cut I'm doing with the lack of carbs is killing me! Thank God for Condense or I would have never made it to the gym. Was not my best workout but I managed to do it. 2 more weeks of this than I'm going to amp up the calories and start to throw the weights around!

    Shoulders:
    Hammer strength lateral press:
    180x12, 200x10, 230x8
    Arnold press: 60x12, 65x10
    Seated side raises: 35x 14, 40x12
    Front raise: 30x 12, 35x 10
Rear delts pec machine: 110x14, 120x10

    Triceps:
    Easy curl cable push downs: 140x 14, 150x 12, 150x 12
    Over head rope extensions: 110x 12, 120x 10
Reverse grip cable extensions: 35x12, 40x10
    Dips: 2 sets until fail

I feel your pain with the low carb torture! Today will be a 50g day and I already have a bad attitude. Lol 1 more week and then the feeding frenzy begins, within reason of course...heh heh

Solid workout. I noticed you stick mostly to cable excerises with triceps. You ever do any heavy extension or close grip bench work as well?

I have not recently.. I only get about 50 mins at night to do my entire workout because my gym closes early. I also do about 10 mins of ab work which I do not list above.. I try to make my workout as fast and easy to setup as possible due to time. I do need to change it up just been lazy about it..

Yeah I understand. Doing one heavy tricep extension or press excercise could take the place of 2 other ones and save you some time. Not trying to rip apart your workout or anything it looks very solid and only you know what works best for you. Just trying to share some stuff that has helped me immensly.

Always open to advice I'm no way an expert! I tend to be very routined and do need to vary my movements. You have just motivated me to do so!! Any suggestions on workouts that have worked for you? I normally like to train for strenght and size.

Always been a big fan of Jim Wendler's 5/3/1. It puts on a lot of things in to perspective and adds a necessary touch of simplicity. It strips away all the unecessary garbage that people (myself included) throw in their workouts and allows them to focuse on what matters. Great to follow if you are on time constraints.

Also I have enjoyed Westside, Juggarnaut method, and 5x5 among others. I usually go on programs for an extended period of time and then take a few weeks off to switch it up to whatever I feel like doing. Then I start on a program again to refocus my goals. This process keeps me from getting bored or stuck doing the same thing. Whatever im doing, every workout focuses around at least one big compound lift and I rarely use any machines and often not even cables. This is because of a valuable lesson taught to me in college when all I had was a barbell, power rack with a pull up bar, platform, and 3 eager training partners. Being forced to stick to and master the basics gave me the best gains of my life.

IMO a lifter always needs to go an experiment with all the crazy excersizes, machines, and what not to get it out of their system and come to the realization that the basic lifts are always the best and everything else should be there to balance and support those.

I have been looking at your workouts and I saw some things im going to pull from them and try out. Always good to pick up some things from other people

Yeah, I've been chicken phobic for a couple months now. I'm pounding 93/7 with diced jalapenos now.

Hope the little one feels better soon. My 9yr stayed home the other day with some bug they always pick up from school. I'm fighting it now.

First I want to thank you guys for all the concern with my little guy!!! He is fine thank God! So I did a trial workout at a new gym thats open later and it was nice not to rush through my workout. I'm going to change gyms there was also a lot more female motivation last night! As usual Condense had me killing my workout..

    Back
Bent over dumbell rows: 80x14, 85x12, 90x10 (up 5 lbs each)
    Wide grip pull downs: 170x14, 190x10, 200x6
Seated close grip cable rows: 160x12, 180x10
Precor Iso lateral pull down reverse grip: 160x12, 180x10
Wide reverse grip standing bar bell row: 115x12, 135x8 (new exercise)
Hyper extensions: 2 sets till fail

I'm going away for the weekend but will be working out and Condense is coming with me! I'll post an update when I get back next week.

    Update:
Just got back from vacation last night! I hate the first day back at work after vacation it sucks! Anyway took the family to Lake George in NY I have a bass boat and planed on fishing a tournament while I was there. I did cardio only workouts while away and took condense. I have to say that Condense is still impressing me! I love the energy and focus at 2 scoops. I took Condense at 4AM before the fishing tournament to test the effects on a long hard day on the water. I was focused on my game plan and had a great day and took 3rd place with 5 fish @ 15.8 lbs. After 8 hour NO Crash from Condense just love this stuff! Tonight back to the gym and I'm sure I'll be paying for the time off..

There's a lot of stuff I'm doing so even though I don't post, I'm always glancing.
AB does a good job of having a presence in the logs. As long as we have one Purus Bro in there we are good to go.
