    My veins are sick and full. esp when I work out. Biceps are looking full and are rock hard, people are telling me I got bigger and that's a big motivation for me along with you guys <3

    I only did heavy incline & decline dunbells and bis.

    incline db. 65lbs 2x15 each side then 2x8 and did the same for decline.

    Bis I took howwedo107 advice and did 2 warm up sets of 20 reps with the bench bar then I went heavy for 2 set one for 8 reps then next was 4 reps my bis were dead lol.

    Its so hot outside its not even funny and with FSXR running in my veins your bound to sweat through everything.!!

    Posting this from my phone.

    Friday I was selling chocolate at publix to help my church with a fundraiser and boy it was hot as balls, now haa I was flirting with all the girls that were coming so I sold lots of the chocolate

    Saturday I did more selling again this time all day just to fishing the last couple of boxes. I was drained out of energy by the end of the day I was completely exhausted and wiped.

    Well fast forward to today. I just relaxed and got some got sleep and rehydrated. Tomorrow I will kill my workouts since it will be my last week on FSXR.

  21. Update for today!

    Today I have a brand new PR for a mile run! Hard work finally pays off. 5:25 for a mile. Not sure us that is a good time or not?, but my goal is atleast 5:05 - 5:15 a min mile. So for now am pretty happy.

  26. Update for today.

    Went and moved my yard today all of it and it's just so hot well more of a heat in Florida, it just sucks I think I dropped like 8 pounds from being out side.

    After l was done with my yard work etc and took time to refuel and liquid up and relax.

    Planning on killing it tomorrow.

    Other note FSXR has exceed my exceptions and made getting to my goals a lot easier, stuff still has me sweating, leaning as I said before has hits it peak, veins are sexy, pumps and nice!
