    Day 19:

    Neck is feeling better, but will give myself a 2nd day off from the weights just to play it safe.

    Did 10 miles bike this morning.

    Gonna go out to dinner tonight to throw down the one cheat meal for the week.

    Going to double up shoulders/back tomorrow full force.

    Day 20:

    Trained back.

    Neck was feeling better so did light deads at the back end of my workout.

    Lift was good, and had a solid pump.

    Did 5 miles on my bike for cardio. (20 minutes)

    Diet was solid keeping carbs at 200g and protein at 200g as well.

    Day 21:

    Complete day off today.

    Ran a low calorie...
    200g Protein / 130g Carbs / 100g Fat

    Been eating greens with at least 2 meals every day for the past 2 weeks.

    I'm still pretty flat right now, due to the low carbs. However, I still feel tighter and more pumped than I usually would.

    My vascularity is also slightly more visible. But still mostly in my forearms.

    For the past week, I forgot to mention, I am noticing increased recovery. I've been increasing the volume in most of my workouts and actually noticing I'm less sore.

    Anyone else notice this while using C20?

    I also started Super Cissus about 6 days ago, but not sure it could kick in that quickly.

    Tomorrow is the 3 week mark. I'll be weighing in in the AM.

    Definitely noticed an increase in how vascular I looked while on C20, can't really say my recovery changed though. I was doing circuit training when I ran it which no matter what I take crushes me so I'm not sure it would have made a difference. Nice updates man.

    Day 22:

    Forgot to weigh in this morning. Will weigh myself tomorrow morning.

    Trained chest and shoulders today. I'm pretty depleted, but pump was still there and so was vascularity.
    Because of my injuries flaring up I have not been training for strength, but instead have been keeping reps high and incorporating super sets/drop sets/high volume. I do feel stronger with more muscular endurance. Usually at this point in my cut I'm dragging, but I feel good right now. Nothing CRAZY though.

    Did 20 minutes stair master for cardio. I really need to start bumping this up.
    I'm not where I wanted to be at this point. I wanted to be in prime cutting shape by June 1st, at which point I'd up my carbs to around 200-400g to maintain, but keeping glycogen full. Plus starting Erase Pro / DAA.

    It's hard to tell how well Compound 20 has worked in terms of "Cutting" me up. I've definitely lost weight, due to cardio and dropped calories. The pump and hardness is better than usual, but it's really hard to see significant changes until I carb back up. I always look like garbage when I'm running just 100-200g carbs a day.

    Today carbs were at 200g. Tomorrow is a cardio day, I'm planning on keeping them at 150g or so. I'll probably keep them low as much as possible the next two weeks to really dial it in. Hate it.

    I feel the same! And since I'm not using Super Cissus or any related product, I can say this is C20

    For example: every Tuesday I play football (soccer) from 10pm to 0am (2 hours straight) and on the next day I always feel really tired (muscle and joint pain), especially when I have to wake up at 6am. BUT NOT TODAY I woke up at 7am and from 8 to 11am I cleaned the whole house... and I'm still "pumped"

    Day 23:

    Cardio day today. Did 5 miles on the bike (25 minutes) with HR at 100-120.

    Protein today was 200g. Carbs only 60g. High fat.

    Pretty depleted I hate it. Arms tomorrow and carb up.

    Forgot to weigh myself again this morning. Will tomorrow morning.

    Just got home from a brief vacation last night. Left thursday night (day 24) in which I did arms, and took off friday saturday and sunday.

    Needed to get away for the holiday weekend and recharge the batteries.

    Hitting back tonight, and will post todays update.

    Diet is still on point and haven't missed a dose of compound 20. Will be finishing up this week.

    Day 28:

    Alright so as I mentioned I was on vacation this weekend. Thursday I shot down to my parents jersey shore house with my girl to get away for a few days. Trained arms early Thursday morning and just went through the motions trying to avoid back/neck pain as they were beginning to flare up last week.

    I planned to lift while I was down there but instead just did some cardio and rested. Good thing I did because after 3 solid days off from lifting and mental stress I finally felt good by Sunday night when I came home. This morning I was both mentally and physically ready to hit the weights hard.

    I had work today so I woke up at 4AM and got ready for the gym. NYSC opens 5AM. I took all my pre workout supps, my pre workout shake, and drove to the gym to find it CLOSED! I forgot it was memorial day and wack ass NYSC is always grimey with their holiday hours. lol

    So instead I shot right to the gym after work to hit back.

    Great workout today! I went in feeling completely refreshed.

    Seated Chins
    Behind the Neck Pulldowns
    BB Rows supersetted with Light DB Rows
    Rack Deads

    Ended up being a little too much. When you've got nagging constant injuries, the days you actually feel 100%... you never want to leave the gym. Unfortunately I never took the advice, "Live to lift another day", and that's why I've gotten these injuries over the years. So I overdid it slightly today and in turn ended the workout with minor neck spasms and light mid back pain. Not bad at all though considering all I did. We'll see when I wake up tomorrow morning though.

    I've also been taking Super Cissus. Not sure if it was the 3 days off, or Super Cissus, or both that led me to feel really good today. I'll contibute it to the Cissus if I can train 100% all this week, because I plan to go hard.

    This weekend my diet was good in terms of macros. I did cheat once all 3 days. Carbs have been low.

    Now, although my carbs have been low, my pump and vascularity was EXCELLENT today! Usually at this stage of the game, during my cut with carbs this low and mainly depleted of glycogen, I'm flat, as I've stated most of this log. I do believe this is the Compound 20.

    I noticed this pump and tightness a week and a half into Compound 20 and it maintained. Last week, I began to feel this feeling slightly taper off. I figured my body may have been becoming tolerant to the Compound 20 already. However, I think this may have been because I was nursing some injuries and I was just going through the motions with my lifts. I have a few days left of Compound 20. I'm interested to see how my workouts go this week and how my body composition changes as I start implementing more carbs.

    Today's diet looked like this:

    1) Dymatize Whey / 8 oz. OJ (40g P / 30g C)
    2) 5 Eggs / 1 cup Oats (35g P / 50g C / 25g F)
    3) Turkey Burger / 1/4 cups Almonds (35g P / 20g F)
    4) Dymatize Whey / 8 oz. OJ (25g P / 30g C)
    5) Intra Workout (20g C)
    6) Dymatize Whey / 1/2 cup Raisins (40g Whey / 60g C)
    7) Grilled Chicken / 1/2 cup Brown Rice / 1 cup Broccoli (30g P / 60g C)
    8) Grilled Chicken / 1/2 cup Brown Rice / 1 cup Broccoli (30g P / 60g C)

    Since using c20 I have kept my carbs lower than usual for the most part, while carb cycling. Usually when I do this I am flat and just dragging. Hate it. But c20 has left me having more endurance during my workouts. And especially a pump that I never have while this low on carbs, and it is much different than a glycogen pump.

    This week, my fourth week, I am bringing carbs back up. Interested to see what happens.

    Yes. To what extent I'm not sure yet. I'm starting to bring the carbs back up this week so I will be able to see the improvements after muscle glycogen comes back.

    I've made some changes to my cutting routine with the advice of a lot of guys in this thread.

    Increased greens.
    Kept protein no higher than 1.5g per pound.
    Increased BCAA

    I've been doing Cardio but have not fully even dialed in with it yet

    Very sore today! I definitely over did it yesterday, too many sets.

    I felt VERY hard and tight today. Pump was very good all day. I actually had 3 people on 3 seperate occasions today at work tell me I look bigger. Always a good feeling.

    Trained chest today. Solid workout, but CNS was burnt. Strength was down, but that's because my entire body was sore from yesteday's workout. Still have very good pumps in the gym. Also did cardio. 7 mile bike ride.

    Diet was EXACTLY the same as yesterday. I'm beginning to carb back up. Hope to see some leanness by the end of the week.

    Tomorrow is my last day of Compound 20, and it's a pure cardio day. I'm going to give my final review at the end of the week, after I am carbed back up, that way I can take pics and really see any composition changes, which I believe may be there.

    Around 5-10 miles a day. So 35-70 a week in the summer months. I live right on the beach and the boardwalk so it depends on the weather, how much time I have, and how many girls are out in their bathing suits.

    I love riding the bike. My body can't take high impact sprinting or even long periods of jogging anymore.

    Day 30:

    Alright so this is it! My last day dosing Compound 20. It was a cardio only day for me today.

    Woke up at 6am, threw 2 scoops Modern BCAA in a 1 liter bottle of water, 3g Beta Alanine, 1g ALCAR and biked 7 miles (35 minutes).


    Diet today:

    1) Dymatize Whey / 8 oz. OJ / 1 Slice Ezekial Bread (40g P / 45g C)
    2) 5 Eggs (35g P / 25g F)
    3) Grilled Chicken / 1/4 cup Almonds (35g P / 20g F)
    4) Dymatize Whey / 1/2 cup Brown Rice / 1 cup Broccoli (35g P / 60g C)
    5) Grilled Chicken / 1/2 cup Brown Rice / 1 cup Broccoli (35g P / 60g C)
    6) Dymatize Whey / 1/4 cup Almonds (35g P / 20g F)
    Totals: 215g P / 165g C / 65g F

    Low carb, low calorie day.

    Felt very hard and pumped all day today, much like I did yesterday. Vascularity and overall results have gotten progressively better over the past 4 weeks. I definitely lost a little bit of fat, but did diet hard and do cardio.

    I'm going to write up a detailed final review and take "After" pics either tomorrow or Friday.

    I've been noticing significantly greater vascularity, especially this week. More so than usual.
    I took these pics today. This is usually the vascularity I get during a workout, and I did not even lift today.

    Took these pics last week a day or two after I finished with Compound 20. I was actually on my 5th meal and a gallon of water into the day, so I'm actually somewhat bloated. It was an off day so I did not lift, also the current day and previous day were rather low on carbs so I was somewhat flat compared to how I was looking during my last week of C20.

    STATS:
    Started at 195 lbs.
    Ended at 189 lbs.

    Started at 15.3% BF. Did not get a chance to do current BF%, but am positive I lost a solid amount of fat.

    FINAL REVIEW:

    I started this log wanting to obviously lose bodyfat and maintain the mass I had. As the month progressed, I dropped carbs significantly, while carb cycling.

    PUMP:
    Pump was GREAT. I noticed an increase in muscle fullness, hardness and all day pump starting a week and half into my Compound 20 use. What I really enjoyed was noticing this pump even during times of low carb and being glycogen depleted. This time of year, when I lower my carbs I am COMPLETELY flat and absolutely hate it. This month I noticed a very good pump, much different from a carb/glycogen pump. Like I said, usually on this diet I am rather flat, but found myself to remain a different type of fullness. This feeling became more prominent as the weeks went on. My carb up towards the end of week 4 was fantastic.

    VASCULARITY:
    Intense vascularity. I noticed the vascularity along the same timeline I noticed the pump/hardness. The veins in my forearms during workouts were like I've never seen. The vascularity was also very noticeable during the day as well as on non training days. I even noticed smaller veins forming that I haden't seen before, in the forearms, arms and shoulders. I did not notice vascularity in the chest or legs, but I never have.

    STRENGTH:
    Because of my various injuries, I am unable to truly lift for strength gains. This is tough for me because I've always loved to push heavy weight and progress in the numbers. I now keep my rep range around 6-20.

    ENDURANCE:
    I noticed a slight increase in endurance in my lifting and cardio. However, I don't believe this was from Compound 20. My diet, training and cardio were on point for the entire month, so an increase in endurance is expected.

    FAT LOSS:
    This is hard to judge. Obviously I've lost fat. However, I did train hard, diet hard, and cardio was solid. These three aspects alone would leave me with a loss in fat. The fat I lost was actually expected along with the diet and training I always do this time of year. So I do not know if the Compound 20 assisted. I can say that the Compound 20 did help retain muscle and leave me very full and hard while dropping carbs significantly.

    OTHER:
    The only thing I noticed during the past 4 weeks in terms of side effects was some joint pain. Not sure if this was due to Compound 20, or just past bumps and bruises acting up.
    I did start Super Cissus at 4 caps a day about three weeks ago. Within a week I noticed a lot of the minor aches and pains to literally disappear. It also slightly help relieve my back and neck pain.
    Unfortunately over the past few weeks I noticed crazy breakouts on my face that I never get. Not sure what caused this. I've read Super Cissus can raise test or androgen levels so I dropped it unfortunately a few days ago. Woke up today and my body is actually hurting. I hope it's not the Cissus that's causing acne, I'd love to get back on it.

    OVERALL:
    Overall I really enjoyed Compound 20. I noticed the pump, hardness, and vascularity a little over a week in. I did feel the effects slightly plateu at week 3. However, at the start of the 4th week, after a few extra days rest, I felt it kick into full gear, especially when I starting increasing carbs. I would definitely use Compoud 20 again although I'm not sure how effective it was for me for actual fat loss. I'd like to use it next time for a full 8 weeks, to see if the effects increase into weeks 4-8. Or even stack it with Erase Pro. I have not used Erase Pro yet, although I am about to start it soon. But from what I've seen the two of these would get you pretty hard and dried out.

    MODERN BCAA:
    Almost forgot to mention this. Best BCAA product I've used to date. Fruit punch is very refreshing and actually a pleasure to drink. I often throw in a little gatorade powder lemon lime and it's out of this world.

    Thanks again to USPlabs for allowing me to try Compound 20. I believe it's a solid supplement.

    Whacked thanks a lot buddy. And thanks for the help with the diet. I dropped my protein and increased BCAA's and greens like you recommended. It definitely helped me dial in on getting some fat off. Much appreciated!
