alright guys first of all id like to say thanks so much to AI sports for hookin me up and allowing me to log this product. and also throwing in a sick T shirt and some nice samples.
got a long story behind me but gonna try to sum it up......was playing college football when I got real sick and lost about 60 lbs and ended up in teh hospital. Been fighting on and off for a while now but have been cleared to lift again after a few months off and I am more motivated than eer to get back to where I used to be...(bout 170 5% bf) right now im sittin at only aout 140-145 still very low bf but i assure you I am as dedicated as it gets and work my ass off, and you will see this in my log. So I plan to make some nice gains with 's help.
I really like the recovery abilities that hgh up will help me with and I will be logging its effects on my sleep as well as my recovery.
I woudl love to hear ANY feedback that anyone has throughout the log whether it be good bad or just ideas to throw into my owrkout or nutrition.
