did hams/abs today....wierd workout really, i probabaly hsoudlnt have even been in the gym today but i got a pretty ood wrokout in, I will post tomorrow, Im tired, I have taken my HGH pro...sitll waiting on my 3Z cant wait....btw...slept amazing last night! for once i didnt have to really worry about getting up so i slept so much better, i definitely seem to have some snxiety issues, I always worry abotu things any my moind laways races, I think thats why I usuall yhave trouble sleeping, anyways, I will update tomorrow night....goodnight!
I always wake up in the middle of the night. Makes me irritated during the day as well.

alright so yesterdays "light" workout turned out to be pretty intense...did hams/abs.....

it was def. a switch doin hams first also, i didnt wanna overdo the hams cuz i am running in the turkey trot on thanksgiving. Had a good connection with the hams though prolly cuz i went first and wasnt concerned about weight.

not too much to speak of today....did the tureky trot (5 miles) and also hit the gmy for alittel quads (light), calves, traps jsut to hit some bodyparts i have been neglecting, then grubbed down......

literally ate half of a 14 lb turkey, now i know alot o that weight is bones and what not , but stilla lot...a huge yam, big ass salad, corn, gravy, and cranberry sauce ... then came home and cooked a meal, and currently am eating as i type this haha...good day

jw if anyone has any experienc with hghpro or other gh potentiators aroudn food....because i tend to finish a meal around 7-715 ish and then take the hghpro around 830-845.....then have anothermeal around 915-930......would u say this is enough time between feedings to reap teh full benefits? its jsut how my eating schedule works with the IF im doing i gotta get alot of food insmall woindow

I think that would depend on your metabolism because some people can eat and feel full the rest of the day and some can eat and be hungry within the next hour. If your feeling the benefits still like better sleep and all it should be good to go. Guess you gotta go a little bit by feel

Happens to me when i have too much on my mind, if i don't lay down with my mind clear i can be up for hours before i pass out it blows.

haha i may have to do that now...althoguh then iw as gonna do chest on tues...dunno if thats smart after arms..mybe jsut do teh abs calves cardio tues then....then hit chest wed....ooo decisions decisions...im off to bed, goodnight!!! antoher thing to keep me up lol

i may sut o it all lol, keep teh arms light enought hat i can d some chest tomorrow and same wih abs n calves and hit them alittel after chest too? i dunno thats prollly too much

I have been laying off the treadmill for some reason, been doing more frogkicks and supersets to keep the heart rate up. I did much more cardio when I was trying to shed pounds while taking a fat burner. I have been seeing so much change in my body from lifting weights i have been just focusing on that. The Glycobol seems to be a factor in my physique... along with my dedication to making it to the gym.

i do alot od drop sets which get sme prettty winded but rarely do cardio other than a 10 minute warm up....im just not srue how much tod o liek iw anna be in good shape but im also trying to gain.... its tough

jsut got hoem for work...got more work in the morning and then a small break to lift and then working till about this time again tomrow night, i will try to update probably sunday night.............tests are goin pretty good, going a little crazy and next week is finals , dunno why they give us 6 tets one week and then finals the next..........UGH!..............hgh prohas been treatin me real good i must say, botttle is one with as of tomorrow night but i will recap hopefully sunday like i said..........

quick rundown, final review while i got alitle time....(im eating) lol..... hghpro def. helped my recovery, no doubt about it. i gained right around 4-5 lbs through the bottle with no noticable bodyfat changes at all...and im pretty lean so thats saying something.

-also its been over a week without it and i got the rundown, need to recover feeling yest so i had to take off....never got that while on hghpro....and i do not feel as rested when i wake up.....hghpro never really helped to fall asleep which is usually a big pblem for me, but it definitely made a difference on my quality of sleep there is no doubting that.

with all that said id give hghpro a 9/10, the only negative was it didnt make me "sleepy" o well right lol i gained about 5 lbs and recovered much better than ever before which is usually my issue! I would love to run again... I plan to take a little time off and then maybe pick up a bottle....how long woudl u suggest to take off, its already been about 1.5 weeks?

nice review. i'd be curious to hear about how long to wait in between running it as well. I ran it for 4 weeks and would like to run it for 5 weeks since it's been 2 weeks in between. Thoughts?

thanks for following along and I will def be posting another log soon, jsut deciding what i want to log.....really hoping i could log some glycobol (put in an app in another thread) but oether than taht i may log slin sane which i have around and also CEE which i jsut bought.....interested to see how that cmpares to mono!

nice review. i'd be curious to hear about how long to wait in between running it as well. I ran it for 4 weeks and would like to run it for 5 weeks since it's been 2 weeks in between. Thoughts?
Most run it 8 weeks, though right now we're running a few logs where they are doing 3 bottles straight.
