I know what you mean about the weights... I love hitting the weight room! Man... I should only be hitting it like 3 times a week but I just cant stay out.. I need to some how make HIIT/sprint stuff as fun as weight training or im going to run myself into the GROUND haha.

Take it easy bro, and good work on the slow burn stuff Slow light weights to "wake up" those massive muscles of yours should be a good way to not reinjure yourself while still giving your body enough stimulation to not have much muscle catabolism

I swapped out my Lit-Up for some simple DAA Powder. I did not get the massive headache today, which was a welcome change of pace. I may try some N2KTS as recommended by DW.

I got my lift in today, and it felt awesome. I did a basic 3x10 with light weight and slow controlled reps. I know it wasnt much, but I did not want to risk injury. I felt alive again...I cant believe how much the gym is essential part of my being.

Like a Hammer curl but you do it across your body.

It makes the movement a little easier (you can do more weight), I find it focuses more on the top of the bicep, and the outer muscle. dono about this part though as I don't really do bicep movements anymore and could be mistaken.

Hah just couldn't stay away, I don't think there is any harm in using light weights and feeling your way through. You're going to love N2KTS...I have been struggling to get back into the heavier lifting after my contest and without N2KTS it would have been even worse... You might want to wait till you're really healthy though as it makes you want to really push...

I recently tore my rotator and laid off very little. Dr. Told me not to lift, but I went to gym an did some needed cardio for a while and kept doing legs and rotating certain upper body lifts. I just did what I could. Still felt great. Gotta keep on Rollin. Even if it's cardio all day long.

The quality is definitely good enough to do that, and in no way to take anything from your or your talents, but there are a lot of starving artists and graphic designers (that are good) out there! I say play it smart/safe and keep teaching and do this kind of stuff on the side for $Money$, I mean you enjoy it so much and they are so good, why not make some extra Green (all pun intended) on the side!!!

But, I definitely agree with Packers, you can definitely make some good Cash with some side artwork/graphic design projects on the side, For Shizzle-Dizzle... Yo!!!

Thanks brotha, I'd like to get a site going so I can sell my artwork just haven't had the time to look into it. Unfortunately a lot of my work is not really marketable at least to the crowd where I live. People around here like still life of fruit and Sh!t like that...I just can't bring myself to do that kind of work. I like the more macabre aspect of the art world.

If a older woman going after younger men is called a Cougar, then is an older man going after younger men called a Nittany Lion?

LOL sorry I know it is wrong but you know it is funny.

I think you could do this on the side, like online, until you can secure a good base of clients. Then after that quit the school job. Unless you HATE it. Other than that I think you can do both pretty well. Or talk to the gf and find out how serious things are, OR quit your job and say your going to be an artist and just find out how serious things are....

Regardless, I know good things will happen. Those are great designs, and you are a dedicated individual man!

Im fairly certain that I should be done with this RS-Transaderm LOG as other who started after me are done. I still have at least 1/3 of a bottle left. Im thinking that due to my defective pump that I have been severely under dosing the product...very frustrating.

Started new training protocol today which I am very excited about. I left the gym extremely tired and physically drained...in other words it was the SH!T! I am definitely more vascular and Im starting to really see the veins in my legs make an appearance, especially from the quad down through the knee cap. I experimented with lighter weights just to acclimate myself to the workout and make sure all was well with the back.

Yo GREEN, how is the Wyked making you feel. I saw y dosing Beta Alanine with TE Wyked. I may have thought wrong but does Wyked contain beta alanine? And I thought it was a proprietary blend so I'm not sure how much of what it has in it. Is it more of an energy feeling or volume pump feeling?? I am partial to AAKG and creatine but love all of the stuff regardless in it.

I really like the wyked bro. It does have beta alanine in it but like you said, who know the dose. I actually stopped the beta alanine and CEE for now. I just felt like I was constantly popping pills. The flavor is really refreshing especially after using the peach tea lit up and the energy is really clean.

I have decided to put an end to this LOG ladies and gentlemen. I still have some of the RS-Transaderm left in the bottle, but as I said before I think that due to the malfunctioning pump I really have no idea if I dosed this product properly. I really cannot say one way or another if it had a positive or negative effect on my physique. I do want to thank RickRock and **** for supplying me with the RS-Transaderm, and allowing me to LOG under their name. I myself prefer my supplements to come with a scoop or in a capsule as I am kind of OCD when it comes to dosing. This is the first time I have used a transdermal supplement, and I probably will stay away from them in the future for the reason I stated above. In no way am I saying this **** product does not do what it says or direct any negativity towards the **** company. I would definitely like to try some other **** products as I constantly read excellent reviews in other members LOGS, and possibly take advantage of LOGGING opportunities if they are offered. Again, Thanks **** and RickRock I appreciate all you have done, and all your hard work!

Please keep following me here. I will have progress pics up this coming Monday!

Glad to be able to try some **** products. I almost feel like I failed on this LOG to deliver a final review as that's what this type of LOG is all about IMO. Hopefully there will be more opportunities in the future to try and to LOG other **** supplements! Im keeping my head up though and moving strong in the Epi-V LOG.
