This is a short review on Applied Nutraceuticals BIO-Mend, i ran a bottle of this thanks to the reps over @ AppNut and have to say its a great buy, good ingredient list and i believe it did give my immune system a little bit of a boost. The last week and a half my work-place has been riddled with people getting sick and coughing all over the place. I usually get sick pretty easy and i have been just about the only person to not get sick. With heavy training and all the germs we expose ourselves to in the work-place and at the gym this is one of the products I dont mind having around.
