Well, everyone on here already knows who i am and how i train. I'm firing up this log to monitor my training, add pics, and give a overall review on my company's amazing products.

The Products i will be using are:
HGHPro
Testopro
RecoverPro
Stoked
Maniac
Glycobol
and occasionally N.O. Ignite (Don't worry Scotty, i haven't forgotten....)

I will be trying to post pics later this week and will be starting to post training later today. Training style is going to continue to be instinctual but i will be refering to my numbers constantly for reference so i can continue to improve.


Current Stats:
age-30
weight- 230 (Down in weight but i looked tons better for it!)
height- 5'11

I wasnt complaining... still new to this so who knows it was just in week 3 when it hit me in the face and was like "oh shiz! must be the AI..."

- stamina on this stack has really kicked up...Can definitely pound the volume during my workouts and i seem to recover faster from my heavier sets as well
- libido is definitely up
- been feeling amazing lately at a lower weight, as my energy is up and i just have a little more pep in my step at this lower weight
- still looking for more ideas on what hormonal stack i should run so please drop in some ideas. Will be spending most of the summer in town so training will not be really thrown off kilter much.
- this weeks training will be back, chest/biceps, shoulders/triceps, legs
- i plan on altering my style of training often to cause shock to the muscle and hopefully continued growth
- still waiting on my AI supps this month due to the ridiculous postal strike
- forgot to comment that my sleep has been much better since returning to HGHPro, getting up at 4am doesn't seem quite as bad when your refreshed

Yah it's something that seems quite popular now, I have added Trenazone to my EPI and it's pretty sweet. Just have to keep the dose low for the first week as there may be some headaches but after that it's smooth sailing... Expect strength gains with hard dry muscle gain. Sides are virtually non-existant for me but there is quite a bit of aggression.

you are one strong dude. Question I see some low reps like 3 and 5 reps per set. does this bother your joints?

You seem to be holding up really good despite the heavy weight you use

have you got to try the maniac pink lemonaid and lemon recoverpro mixed? OMg its like home made lemonaid its soo good bro

My joints are fine with the heavy reps actually. As you also notice, i also start upping the reps as the workouts go on. I've also learnt to back off when things aren't feeling right.
No i haven't tried the new maniac flavour yet but i did try the old flavour mixed with raspberry recoverpro, it frickin rocked!

Yah heavier built guys often have thicker tendons ...more resistant joints...

Still hitting those front squats hard, I had to back off on the weight now I am only aiming around 275, but they are still my secret weapon for quad development which has improved immensely...

Man, i love the front squats for filling out the outer sweep and overall mass on the quads. Plus they don't seem to cause the compression that back squats do.

I may have to give them a try sometime soon, I remember doing them after I got injured and they didn't hurt my hip-flexor nor did they mess with my low back like traditional squats do!
