Well, i've been gone for a few months but i'm back and will be updating on the regular again. I apologize to everyone but i had family stuff going on and i just needed a break from the internet world for a while. Training has been fairly good but not all that intense compared to some of my other workouts. I'll be firing up a regular training log soon and a review of 5-0HP which i would recommend for a great cut.

Everything is all good now...Things are changing for the better for my wife and i...Both on the home front and career wise. Definitely see big things in the future. Feels real good to back in this frame of mind again. Now to smash some weights.....
