    Lit Up- a bottle plus
    RPM- Barely a detent in 1 bottle plus another full 1
    HGHUP- a bottle and a half or so

    Plus almost 2 bottles of Neovar Recomp

    Did 10 minutes of HIIT on the stair stepper today. Damn my feet are killing me. Plus my quads pump up on that bish. I think I ate a bit much for a cardio day. Feeling like I might pass out from food overdose.

    I need to think up the lifts I will be doing tomorrow. Got biceps, forearms, quads, hams, and calves.

    Rpm and drive was always a great stack for me back in the day man. I havent taken either in a while, but i have some in the stash.

    Actually u know what, that stack didnt make ME pull 700....i want my money back

    That's a great stack. I'm actually going to be running about the same thing starting next week. I will be using Drive instead of RPM is the only difference.

    That video is going to be awesome when you hit 700, too!

    Well Im using both.

    I know I cant wait. It will be a long time coming. Had hopes of pulling 700 last year. I go through bouts of deadlift mania. To me it is the ultimate test of raw power. So I deadlift on cycle to gauge how Im progressing. My deadlift goes up dramatically some times.

    Alright I guess it is time to post my workout.

    Alternating DB curls
    45*12,5,3

    Wrist curls
    60*20,10,6

    Front squats
    275*5, then 135*20

    Lying leg curls
    115*14,8,5

    Donkey calf raise rest pause
    400*11,7,5

    Really felt my forearms, hips, and hamstrings today. Stance might have been a bit wide on front squats. Felt a crazy pump/burn while doing the widowmaking for front squats. No real pump while doing DB curls. Feels like my calves might have gotten weak on me.

    Was in a real good mood today. Just felt good Idk how to explain it. Was nice I know that much. Had good energy during my workout.

    This bodybuilder kept saying he doesnt know where I store my weight. Because Im a good 15 pounds heavier than he is. Definitely one of the more serious guys in my gym.

    Glad I could be a friendly reminder lol. I hadnt done them in a while. Wasnt sure what weight to use. 275 felt pretty good though. Will do it again next time but will have to get 6 reps for sure.

    Ok so I was prescribed Ambien. On it it says you can basically get up and do stuff in your sleep without knowing it.

    I sleep with an overhead fan and a window AC unit on. I woke up this morning drenched in sweat. All around my neck and down to my chest was wet. It is similar to when I have been on cycle(see xFRACTION's sig lol). The thing is I didnt take Ambien last night. So I have no idea what the hell caused me to sweat like that last night.

    Went and helped my friend Michael move his pool table back down stairs. Then move it above his garage into basically a sauna lol. Tomorrow will be going there for a house warming party.     Taking a select 6 pack that has been reduced to a 4 pack with me. Also bought some cake vodka on the suggestiong of Barbellbeast. Wont be the same brand but I should get the idea. Just cant get too drunk. Taking a small glass with me to drink with. Im a power drinking for sure lol.

    Off to go do chest,shoulder,triceps, and back.

    I got Vibrams, and was using them, but I noticed a trend of the biggest D-bags in the gym wearing them. I also got hit on more, and not by chicks... seriously, never been asked to spot as many dudes doing squats as when I wore Vibrams in the gym. I use my vibrams only for running now...

    Lol I'm the only one in my gym that I've seen them with, and I've only had 1 d bag mock them so far. However I haven't been asked to spot more squats, maybe its you? lol just take it as a compliment

    From everything I have seen it is how it is supposed to be ran. Only do 1 exercise per muscle group per workout.

    I had an exrememly weird dream last night. I wont go all full detail into it though.

    I was in Europe but Im not sure what country. Made friends with people I didnt know and was crashing with them. This beautiful tall model looking girl needed a ride. I end up talking to her and we hit it off. We end up at this Chinese(dragons) festival apparently about fertility or just sex. They are like floating on a water platform and the guys have their dicks in the girls. One of the "girls" yells "you better not let it touch me" then stores off and exposes a rager. We end up taking a taxi to the place Im staying at. For some stupid reason I get onto the computer to post about meeting her. Like part of me is seeing her off and then I run from the computer to see her off. We end up kissing but that is the end of her. If you didnt think it was weird yet here we go. We are hanging around in the garage and leprechauns show up. They are pretty cool at first then start pulling pranks and pissing me off. So I kick one and send it flying. They swear they will get us back. I close the doors then run to my room and close that door.... Wake up time.
