Did 10 minutes of HIIT on the stair stepper today. Damn my feet are killing me. Plus my quads pump up on that bish. I think I ate a bit much for a cardio day. Feeling like I might pass out from food overdose.

Really felt my forearms, hips, and hamstrings today. Stance might have been a bit wide on front squats. Felt a crazy pump/burn while doing the widowmaking for front squats. No real pump while doing DB curls. Feels like my calves might have gotten weak on me.
Was in a real good mood today. Just felt good Idk how to explain it. Was nice I know that much. Had good energy during my workout.
This bodybuilder kept saying he doesnt know where I store my weight. Because Im a good 15 pounds heavier than he is. Definitely one of the more serious guys in my gym.
