Sorry the daily updates have kind of slowed up a bit. I have done a couple of random updates on some thoughts I have experienced. I am going to try and summarize the week here the best I can remember.
Pretty much in essence this week has been horrible but not Purus supplement wise but me. Diet has been hit and miss with a couple great days and a couple not so great days. Also workouts have been barely existent along with my sleep. My daughter has a constant stuffy nose and is refluxing/throwing up A LOT. Sleep has only been a couple hours at a time and then I am up with her. I usually workout before I go to work but with the lack of sleep I just havent been able to get up early enough to get a workout in and still have time for work. As you can see from my last post I barely have enough time to prepare my food. I worked out only twice this week both times were on an off day and intensity wasn't really there much. As for BJJ.. forget about it my off days pretty much consist of me getting cat naps and lounging around resting.
As for as and everything has been going extremely well, especially considering the circumstances. I have done NO CARDIO and continue to loose weight. My diet has been either at maintenance or a little above and all carb meals I have taken 1-2 caps SLINshot prior. As for the Fat Smack I am taking them 2 caps at a time twice a day now and I think this is where its at for me.
Four days ago (3/16) I was 194lbs and this morning (3/20) I am 191.8! Progress is steady with the stack and I am pleasantly surprised
The goal for this upcoming week is to get back on track with everything and give it 150%. We already saw what this stack can do when your a lazy slacker (this past week) but now I want to see what this stack can really do when you combine it with some hard work and dedication.
