  1. Yup, the make a pair version of woodchuck, no joke. If I get time, I'll take a snapshot of one. Neat idea with the chains, a buddy of mine uses them like stretchy bands, and lets them dangle from a barbell. Pretty much the same principle, to increase the workload at the end of the movement.

  3. Looks like the makings of a great breakfast burrito! I used to use these for my EAA consumption. They tasted very good too.

    I want to start eating them more (which is none right now) but dont know how to cook them. All I think of is guacamole

    hahaha i got no recipes bro, i just throw food into a pan and mix it all up. i like cutting the avocado up and mixing it with my eggs in the morning.

    The cider wasnt bad at all. I am not a big beer drinker anyway, when I do occasionally drink it is usually mixed drinks but I havent had a drink in forever! Isnt really too helpful with my goals, but I do plan on going out and sort of celebrating once I do hit my goals. Kind of like a reward for me

    I might do a dynamic squat day with them. I was wondering if I should make an actual box to squat on or if I could just use the end of my bench. Figured I would go on the eliteFTS site and see how high their boxes are and maybe throw something together

    Wrap them in big lettuce leaves and top with some salsa or franks red hot

    Mmmm.. I just woke up and am thinking now of making the same thing

    I have NEVER eaten avocado before but want to start. I was thinking of chopping one up and throwing it into a food processor with a couple spoonfuls of salsa and then blending together. Use it as a topping for eggs, burgers or chicken? Not too sure though?

    You can try CLR for the chains, but they look like they have heavy surface rust...so I'm not 100% sure it will work. Then paint them. If you want to spend the extra money, look into powder coating, it's really tough.

    easiest way to get the avocado out: cut it right through the middle and split the 2 halves so you can dig the seed out. then use a spoon to dig out the avocado from the halves. mixes very good with eggs IMO

    i do eat cheese, i consider it my cheat food so i dont eat it all the time. muenster is my favorite cheese. see my problem is that once i get my hands on some cheese i wont stop eating it, especially if im 420'd

    Heres my breakfast


    As for the cheese here is something I made once that was absolutely delicious!!!

    Basically you slice the pepper in half and gut the seeds.

    Fill with cream cheese

    Put halves back together

    Wrap with bacon

    And place in oven on a cookie sheet

    My bacon strips were pretty long so they ended up wrapping around the pepper twice and as a result I don't think the bacon cooked fully in some parts. I should have used only a half slice of bacon when wrapping but then that would have meant less bacon and that was unacceptable to me!

    I was 194 this morning!

    Thats a 4lb drop in 10 days with about no cardio done. Looking to start adding in my BJJ days again for the next 2 weeks, this should help speed up the fat loss a bit.

  12. I LOOOOOOOVE bacon wrapped jalapeno peppers with cream cheese!!! My wife and I used to make those all the time when we had company over. Always a hit, but had to worry about the "ring of fire" sometimes...

    Not sure how sensitive to stims you are but the effect from Fat Smack isnt jittery at all!!! Barely feel like a stim really, I mean dont get me wrong you get a little go feeling from it but its not really like most fat burners I have taken. Its more of a mellow relaxed I feel good high then a OMG I NEED TO MOVE OR IMA EXPLODE effect

    I actually was gonna pick up some more jalapenos again this last weekend from the store but forgot too

    Half tempted to run to the grocery store just to get some this week just so I can make these

    Another way I used jalapenos before was chopped up and mixed into ground meat and then cook like burgers. Mix in some cheese and top with salsa or more cheese or a fried egg

    And glad you liked the Woodchuck! I worked at a liquor store when I was in grad school and we stocked that stuff in our specialty section pretty frequently; never tried it, myself.

  17. Awesome results man!! I've always just used a bench for my box squats, but then again, I don't do squats too often. I love the power it gives you outta the hole after you've done them for a few weeks. Lots of benefits to peepers, so eat up!! How's the little onedoing bud?

    yea its not too shabby...

    Although I am not 100% paleo it is still a novel idea of having a drink and still avoiding the grains

    The baby is doing great! She is refluxing a bit, think she is allergic to something my wife is eating. As a result my wife has decided to join me on the paleo diet so my house is going completely semi paleo now! Gonna make my dieting soooo much easier without any temptations around the house.     I never keep up changing that info.. the last time I changed it was when I got to 185 (my lowest so far) right before I did my havoc pulse. Plan on trying to shoot for 175ish now and seeing how I that is. This purus stack was perfect timing

    I was running paleo for a bit after reading some info about it interacting with hypothyroidism well. I felt great while I was on it. It was nice because you had a steady intake of carbs that you don't get on keto, but it's a very natural diet. I felt hungrier more often, though, that's for sure.

    Im definetely not 100% full paleo I disagree with some of their teaching (i.e no saturated fats like WTF!) I like the Primal Blueprint version a little better and am currently reading Protein Power (very good book by the way) but basically I just take the principles and apply them to whatever diet I am doing (which is currently the american diet by scivation). For me paleo isnt really about the macros it is about food choices. The main thing is avoiding grains (pasta, bread, oatmeal, sugar, etc) along with beans, milk, cheese, etc. I still eat carbs, I eat potatoes and quiona (sometimes some basamati) and I still take in my fat intake and protein intake. A true paleo diet doesnt allow for much carbs or even that high of a protein intake or even calorie intake for that matter.
