    OK...the Stoked! and Natadrol must be kicking in because Mr. Happy's been pretty frisky the past couple of days. I mean, just sitting here and typing and he seemed to get antsy in my shorts and say, "Hey, what's goin' on in here?" (insert Metroba homo joke here). It was refreshing NOT to have a day of drama, as this has been one HELL of a week.

    6am: 6 sprays Ghenerate, 2 Stoked, 3 Natadrol
    Before leaving for gym: Anabolic Switch, 3 Prime, 2 Black Cats
    15 minutes before Workout: Anadraulic Pump, Animal Pak
    Intra-Workout: BC+EAA, Xtend

    Workout: Back/Calves
    T-Bar Rows: 5x8-10
    One-Arm DB Rows: 5x8-10
    Calf Raises (toes pointed inward): 5x50
    Calf Raises (toes pointed outward): 5x50
    Meal: 1 large grilled chicken breast, 1 yam, green beans, 2 tsp Fish Oil, water
    Meal: 6 whole scrambled eggs, 3/4 cup egg whites, medium fruit salad, water

    Workout 2: Chest/Biceps (3 Prime, 3 Natadrol before w/o)
    Bench: 5x8-10
    Decline: 5x8-10
    Curls: 5x8-10
    Alt DB Curls: 5x8
    Post-Workout: 32 oz. Gatorade, 1 scoop Whey, 1 scoop Casein, creatine monohydrate
    Now eating: 12 oz. grilled London Broil, peas, brown rice, Fish oil

    Weigh-in today: 323 lbs.

    Strength is climbing slowly, but surely! I busted the 125s on the DB bench press 18 times! If I'd had a spotter, I'd have gotten 20! Felt GOOD! That is definitely a PR for me. After my workout, I went and asked the General Manager to get me 150s. "I'll see what I can do," he said. Yeah, right! I'll remember that next time he asks for my monthly dues.

    Stack is slowly leaning me out nicely, supps are kicking in. Today's workouts were Back and Calves this morning, Chest and Bicep this afternoon.

    4:30am: 6 sprays Ghenerate, 2 caps Stoked, shower

    I'm very sore after kicking up the intensity a notch today but I feel GOOD! Some cuts are starting to come in, getting more female attention and questions.

  9. Only on some exercises. I'm more of a "push" guy than a "pull" guy. Also, this is the first time in QUITE SOME TIME that I've been so dedicated. Of course, I can't bench 525 for reps like your NFL friend, but I intend to bench that much by the end of the year (the most I've ever done was 500 for 2; of course, my chest hurt for three days afterward--and that was six years ago). Then again, maybe I won't; I don't know how much my shoulder can handle. But hey---at least I can LOOK LIKE I can bench that much! I just wish I hadn't been lazy in my previous years. I'd start a program, stop, not work out for a few months, the whole nine. It's amazing what continuous progress entails.

    The stack is treating me well so far...I must admit, I was a bit skeptical after reading the rants of slimcharles and ekdevil, but Natadrol and Prime seem to work...of course, NOTHING will substitute for hard work (except steroids). It (the stack) is also good for confidence...I'm doing things I never would have even considered trying in the past. I'm only doing the first workout today, I'm going to rest and eat for the remainder of the day. Damn....my Flyers died last night. They had SO many chances to score in the third period! I'm still proud of them, though.

    Nah, no more football...from what I've heard, they play dirty in those semipro leagues. I already have a bad left knee, and it would be just my luck to come across someone hell-bent on getting a rep by taking me down once he hears about me: "Oh, you used to be on the Eagles' practice squad, huh? Well, let me hit you in the knees!" No, thanks....I intend to run and play with my grandkids (if I ever have any)...or just walk normally in my 50s and beyond.

    Funny story...I was running for the bus this morning....and I know the MFing driver saw me waving for him to wait. So I ran down the street at top speed. This old lady inadvertently stepped into my path at the last minute. I saw her out of the corner of my eye and spun around her at the last second like I was avoiding a defender. Mind you, I was running at FULL SPEED and was unable to stop. So it was either spin or possibly kill her. You should have seen the open mouths! I caught the bus at the next corner, and after I caught my breath, I chided him for passing me by. He apologized and marveled (along with several riders)about the spin move and my speed. The compliments and the questions about why I don't play pro sports anymore were nice. It was also a testament to you guys' advice and help with my training (thank you!) and my hard work. Anyway, on to my training and supps:
