    13 sets is right about where you want to be for a major muscle group like chest when lifting for growth. May be a little low for "lite and pump," but like you said, it's time for a little break.

    Hmmmmmmmmm. I don't know about that one. Milk and creatine don't mix well. As long as it is a real good grade of creatine it might. I might try it tonight.

    Sides:Little stomach discomfort when mixed with milk.
