The STRICTLY ANABOLIC STACK begins NOW!!!

I am finally back to 100% after fighting off a terrible head and chest cold on and off for the last 2 months.

It was bad. One trip to the doctor(rx meds), a trip to the ER(6 stitches) and several trips to Walgreen's.

My primary goal with this stack: To regain my strength and stay healthy while doing it.

Products that I will using on a daily basis will be:

Essentials w/jc- Label Instructions
RecoverPro- Intra, Postworkout
Glycobol- 1 cap 2 times a day
TestoPro- 4 caps ED
Stoked- 4 caps ED
Chaos- Preworkout
M.I.A.- GH release product, hint hint. :) HGH PRO?

GPLC and LCLT will be included as well, they are a staple for me.

My protein will primarily come from food. However, when I supplement it. Protein will come from 1 of these 3.

Needtobuildmuscle- BetterProteinBars
Nutrabolics- Isobolic
ON- Pro Complex

My training program will be a 3 day split. I will be doing a 5X5 routine.

Monday- Deads and Bicep
Wednesday- Chest, Tri's and Shoulder
Thursday- Squats, Calves

Diet will 2500-4500 calories, really depends on how life is treating me that day. I can almost guarantee 3500 cals a day.

I am weighing around 190-195 right now. Bodyweight isn't that important to me, progression in lifts are!

This log will be short and sweet, look for updates around or right after workout days.

i have got to try that chaos-heard some really good things about it-also interested in recoverpro. anabolic innovations hasn't let me down, everything i have tried has been very nice.

Yes, Chaos is a very basic but very effective Preworkout.

I add GPLC and LCLT and its pretty darn good.

gain 5 lbs of muscle? gain a certain amount of strength on exercises like the dead lift? lose an inch off the waist while gaining or maintaining strength? put 0.5 inch on the arms?

I set short term goals generally on each training phase(usually 6 weeks) and narrow it down to what I think needs works on myself.

Regain and exceed measured strength prior to sickness.

Squats I was doing 315 for reps of 6 and deads 365 for 3-5 depending on the day. These are my favorite lifts- Deads and Squats. The rest can go in the trash. lol.

Losing bodyfat and gaining muscle is a no brainer, if it happens so be it.

Im not really eating less or doing cardio, so strength gains is all I really want to achieve.

I believe with the AI supplementation and the 5x5 routine I should be setting PR's each week.

Nutritionally, its not the best.

But damn it, corned beef and cabbage tastes great.
