Certain exercises like squats you'll need longer than something like biceps or shoulders because something like squats tax the system so hard.
A rule of thumb is until you are at least breathing some what normal again. You do not want to pass out. On the other hand, do not wait too long or the intensity can go down.

Lets all contribute. I only got one up, but i'll get cooking.
Deads went pretty well IMO.
So i gots 345 for 3x5, then for 1x3 before my callus' and grip gave out.
I filed them down in the shower today, and used Eucerin 3-4 hours prelift.
Looks like I will be needing straps. I will get some this week.
Additional arm work- 4 sets of bicep workout
My goal for next week will be 365 for 5 for at least 3 sets.
