    All weights sets are done to 8-10 reps or until my muscle rips...:P

    BB Squat (20/100/100/100)
    DB Lunges + Superset back squats (13.5/13.5/13.5)
    Front Squats (60/60/70)

    Military Press (10/25/25/30)
    Upright Row (40/50/60) + Lateral Raise supersets (10/10/10)

    Supplements:
    1)Activate Xtreme + Bulk Divanil (1/1/1/1/1)
    2)MMV2 (1/2/1)
    3)AN's IGF-2 (4/4)
    4)LG's Bc+Eaa + Bulk Leucine

    Notes:
    Really good workout, massive pump, even upper body looks full all the time now. MY workout partner was doing 8-10 reps, so I just did that for a change. I am going to be in a world of hurt tomorrrow. Will throw in calves and abs tomorrow as these were missed due to a meeting.

    Abs went really well though as the stress wasn't on my retarded quads. Mood was awesome. Aggression nice and controlled and pumps were decent. Still looking really full, thanks to mmv2 Also really leaning out nicely now, this is turning into a killer recomp!

  7. Grrrr; just reading about how hard you're able to train makes me frustrated. Honestly, as soon as my wrist doesn't hurt I will be in and trying (I say trying, because I will probably be so weak I won't even be able to handle pathetic weights) to lift as heavy as I can!!!

    Why would I want to train legs? All it would do increase the muscle mass in my legs and make them even BIGGER and that's the LAST thing I want (especially since I've worked so hard last year to get my upper body proportional to my legs)! And please don't say that it will help lose fat faster or that it's good to be doing SOMEthing regardless of what it is, because it's not.

    Well...all things considered, I hope you feel better soon. I can relate because I hurt my shoulder benching last Monday. I mean I could barely lift my left arm above my head for two days afterwards. So I learned a valuable lesson about warming up completely first. But, with rest, heat, ice and Super Cissus-Rx, I'm not 100%, but I'm functional. Guess I'll be using much lighter weights when I return to the gym this Monday. AND warming up for a good few minutes.

  12. Update:
    Really starting to notice a great leaning out effect on this stack, my abs are FINALLY peeking through with a flex, the top 2 are good, next two down are 50/50 and bottom 2 are still no where to be seen. Hoping after phase 2 that the bottom two are atleast showing more promise.

    All in all very happy. I will spend the day today in the sun throwing a ball around with some friends and getting some cardio doing that.

    I never warm-up before I do weights; I just go right into them. But I know my body, and everyone works differently...Well I will be using lighter weights for sure (because of my left wrist being weaker and not wanting to damage it again) when I start back (as soon as the pain is gone; forget this 6 weeks minimum before I can crap) and going as hard as I can (although that just may slow the healing process down; grrr).

Everything is going well, was told by two people today who haven't seen me in a few months commented on how big I'm looking, which is awesome to hear when you're actually leaning out on a cut! Go the mmv2 +AX for muscle fullness.

    Great to hear comments like that! I wish i got to rest at the beach all day. I should have stayed in florida! MMv2 is so nice! and it is so proven!

  23. curious as to how well other nutrient repartioners work for you? I am not sensitive at all, therefore I have a really hard time finding a nutrient repartioner that does me any good. can you give alittle comparison?

    Even though you are bigger than me Rob, I would still suggest SOME caution at taking so many a day. When I went up to 8-10 caps/day I had an 'allergic' reaction to too much insulin in my system...Good product though. Works well.

    It does, but nothing extreme. Same with anabolic pump, pslin and all of them. It works, but its limited

    See my review on SLIN: Rosie's Review of SLIN. Note that I was also dosing 2-3 (sometimes 4) times daily, so the amount of SLIN that I was taking started to add up, even if I was only dosing at 2 caps a dose sometimes (but anywhere from 2-5 caps).

    No worries. And, as Craig is doing, I would recommend dosing post-training, when your body will make the most of it (or, if not training, before your largest carbohydrate meal of the day).
