As a kid I used to walk about a mile to the 7-11 and we used to get slurpie's every day during the summer, it was like the cool place to be if you were 10yrs old
I've been checking out your log too, looks like your doin good, i havent really had anything to contribute, but im watching.

I wanted to go for a run this morning, and to do workout #3 at the ROTC outdoor gym, but it was 30 freaking degress when i woke up! And now its 58, supposed to get up too 65, but i got class, rediculous. Ill be heading off to the gym later tonite, Ill report back then.

I like too switch up my routines when i can, and one thing I love to do for legs is high rep sets on the leg press. i've tried the same thing for squats, but it's just easier to use the LP. I'll put something really light, like 2 plates per side, then do 40-50 reps. Get up stretch my legs, get back under do 60-70 reps. Rinse and repeat untill my legs are jello. I feel that these type of sets are giving me the depth i need in my legs. My legs are pretty big, 28-29inches, now Im just trying to get that definition.
Animal pump no red pill and a red bull(sugar free) before I left for the gym. Intra-aid mixed with water by my side. I nearly puked up everything I had in my stomach towards the end of todays workout, i think having the intra-aid, and the nutrients in it, helped calm it down though. Water by itself never really helps, usually only food. So i was extra hapy to get home to my torrent shake, its never tasted so good. i was so pumped and jacked by the time I got home, i was shaking like a crack head, and the torrent just did me right.

High reps always get me going on leg day. Great work F. Torrent is insanely good after an exhausting leg day.

I didnt realize it had been so many days since i was in the gym untill I looked at my last post, time has just flown by with all these projects Im working on.
Today was a good day, a little tired, so i left the red pill in with animal pump. I started with a 5mn warmup on the treadmill, which i think really helps get that pump moving through your body. Chest today was rockn, and Intra-aid was my savior i wasnt able to eat anything before i left and the Intra-aid seemed to help give me almost as much energy as my normal snack that Ill eat right before the gym. I remembered to put my torrent in the fridge, and it worked perfectly this time, ice crystals all the way down to the bottom of the cup, loving it.
Im off to my last classes and i am so full of energy, its nice too gain something from your workouts, instead of having them drain you all the time.

I was able to get in 3 workouts since I last reported. I only had use of the typical hotel workout facilty but it wasnt as bad as it could have been.
I have definitly noticed that my recovery is up. I still get as sore as normal, but im ready to go again in 2-3 days, instead of in the past when i might need 5-7 days to fully recover.
Im sad to see that my intra-aid is getting low this will be 22 workouts on the stack so far and i've loved evey minute of it. I probably have 2-3 more workouts on intra aid, 4-5 left with torrent, and 8 more Animal pump packets. I'll continue the log as each one runs out to determine how each one helps/affects my workout.
I've shed a fair amount of bodyfat since the begining of this log, so the before and after pics ahould be pretty good. At the begining of this log i was about 260, now Im around 245. Thats in the past 7wks, this log will have run 8-9wks by the end. My weighing 260 is a result of an extended bulk, now transitioning into a cut, resulting in optimum condition by Feb 1, for the bodybuilding contest we have running on here, set up by texas and twitch.

Ah the bottom of the tub. I still say they should put a frown face on the bottom of the IA tub LOL!
Good working man. You have burnt a good bit of weight nice and steady in the last 7 weeks. It's gotta feel good? I'm in to the end. You've made great progress so far so it will be cool to see how you do as the supps run out like you said.

I sent a friend the link to this log and he commented that the Workouts #'s were a little hard to follow. Sorry if anyone else had a similiar issue figuring out what the fuck I was doing on any given day, It just seems like a way for me to give better feedback by listing my results, not so much exactly what reps/sets I did.
On another note, I broke my pinkie toe today its only about the 9 billionth time, and it doesnt really affect training, but its still annoying.
Other than that, today was great. Animal pump with the red pill in, great energy by the time i got to the gym. It's pretty cold out, so walking to the gym really got my blood pumping. I tried something I had read in another log by doing the 'Intra-aid freeze' but I had a hard time getting down the ice crystals quick enough to hydrate, without getting a brain freeze. it seems like a popular way to do it, but its just not for me. And it looks like I have 1 more full scoop, then a little leftovers i'll just toss in with the last scoop. Torrent is perfect for me though, in the 'freeze' state. Its awesome to have an after workout slushie, like some of the nicer gyms make for you, but in the comfort of your own home

Good stuff fp. I was a little thrown by the log layout at first when you started it too. Mostly just the "Workout #1 and Workout #2" part. But it was no issue for me to look at what you were doing and figure it out. Since then I've had no issue at all with how you've done it.
Little toe, I can't tell you how many times I've smashed them into a little bruised, crushed grape-like looking blob. It's a miracle they still work and haven't healed sticking out sideways or something LOL! Needless to say, as I've gotten older... I've learned to walk slowly and carefully in the dark at night when my shoes are off. That wrought iron furniture will do a number on your feet! Wake the whole house up LOL!
So now that you are at the bottom of the tub, you probably understand better what I meant about them putting a frown face on the inside bottom of the tub LOL! Torrent is the same way. The last scoop of Torrent is always a sad event if you haven't got another tub lined up awhile.
Over all I think you did a smokin job on the log here man and I am glad you were one of the guys I picked to log this stack for us.
Looking forward to your final take on all of it.
