Workout #2
I found what was once believed to be only a mythical creature at my university's gym...a guy who deadlifts!!!!:jaw: THE HORROR, LOOK AWAY!!!! Sorry, about that. Anywho, I lifted with him today, we were able to help each other while we switched plates. There's no real deadlift setup, so we just took a bar from the flat bench, since there was no one on the gym but us, and used that. It was a pain in the ass to keep adding plates, but you gotta do what you gotta do. So I just did a bunch of deadlifts today, I was too tired at the end to do anything else, so i just called it a day.
Animal pump, no red pill just a little bit of coffee mmmm, Intra-aid was helping immenselytoday, I forgot how much i loved doing deadlift, we pyramided up to 405 for 6, and I was nearly dying. But once you get into that groove you just cant quit :head: I left my torrent in the freeze again, and man is that the bust way too do it. Its just like some a sour apple slushie from 7-11.
