Since my gym doesnt have a squat rack I've been forced to utilize other things to work my legs. I've really enjoyed doing Lunges, db squats, leg presses, among other excercises. Nut today I felt like some squats just had to be done. So I loaded up the flat bench BB and used that as a modified box squat type apparatus. They actually work pretty good, the hard part though is when you get up into the havier weights you have to really support it with your arms getting the bar back down too the supports.
I dosed my Animal pump without the red pill again, and I was glad, some body had the air off in the gym and it was 75+ degrees in there, i thought i was gonna die. But i sitll powered through with the Aid of Intra-Aid, I just sweat bullets everywhere. And as usual i had my torrent shake when i got home, I tried it mixed with milk today: note too self, do not mix torrent with milk. I still choked it down, but it was not pleasant.

Feeling good today, gotta fly tonight so i'll be hittn the weights late, somewhere around 10pm est. Hopefully they fixed the cable on the tricep pushdown, it was sticking so bad you couldnt even use it last time I was in there.

Didnt get a chance too hit the gym last night, flight ran long and the gym closed. Will be hitting that iron in a little bit, will be back with news.

i was feeling kind of weak today. Been doing extremely low carbs the past few days. So I left the red pill in Animal Pump to help power through tonites workout. It was nice to have the Intra-Aid also. While I still think that they both work best in a higher carb environment, you can really feel the difference in stamina vs days that your low carb, without the intra-aid. torrent is still treatn me good, no milk this time...just cold water.
I can say overall I am getting better recovery, vs just a few months ago when i wasnt supplementing with more than the typical after workout shake.

I have been low carbing it the last few weeks, with Sunday being my 'uptake' day. Grerat results, but damn I feel like zombie when I go to bed.

i dont know what it is but its harder for me too sleep, with the less carbs. But Im more tired during the day. Seems backwards, but i cant get around it. I stay awake late at night, wake up early, Im tired all day, then I still cant go to sleep at night. Its rediculous.

Good day in the gym today. It was nice and cool, I guess someone has fixed the air. the change in temp gave me renewed vigor. I dont know about anybody else but when its hot in the gym, it just drains it out of me. Dosed my animal pump, minus red pill, 45 mn before the gym. By the time i got there I was ready to tear sh!t up. Im really getting used too having the Pre-Workout pills, instead of a drink, its so much easier on the stomach. Intra-aid was tastn mighty good today too, right there beside me, helping me throw up those reps like nobodys business. Torrent is such a rush when Im done working out, being on minimal carbs, your body reacts almost immediatly as you drink the shake down, its lovely .

Low carbs make Jack a dull boy LOL! I also know what you are saying about the hot gym too. Nothing is worse really than walking into the gym and you break a sweat before you even pick up a weight.

Pretty good workout today. I left the red pill in Animal Pump and I think i decided to once and for all that its best left out for leg day. I just dont perform as well with stims in me, at max exertion. The intra-aid helped alot, to give me a level head. Then torrent afteward is just like hitting reset, homeostasis achieved

I guess i never realized that the bars at my university's gym were rusted. But i sat there looking at my hands like...what the f#ck? I did a little bit of flat BB bench too warm up, then moved on too my DB's and cranked out a bunch of those. I left the red pill in Animal Pump this time and it seemed to help alot. I think its just leg days that get me too amped to use any stims. I knocked over my intra aid bottle and spilled some I nearly cried. I was a little deflated after that but I still had 90% left so it was all good. I left my torrent in the freezer this time, so by the time I got home it was a slushie, SOOOOOOOOOO good, highly recomended to anyone who wants a great shake.

I found what was once believed to be only a mythical creature at my university's gym...a guy who deadlifts!!!! THE HORROR, LOOK AWAY!!!! Sorry, about that. Anywho, I lifted with him today, we were able to help each other while we switched plates. There's no real deadlift setup, so we just took a bar from the flat bench, since there was no one on the gym but us, and used that. It was a pain in the ass to keep adding plates, but you gotta do what you gotta do. So I just did a bunch of deadlifts today, I was too tired at the end to do anything else, so i just called it a day.
Animal pump, no red pill just a little bit of coffee mmmm, Intra-aid was helping immenselytoday, I forgot how much i loved doing deadlift, we pyramided up to 405 for 6, and I was nearly dying. But once you get into that groove you just cant quit I left my torrent in the freeze again, and man is that the bust way too do it. Its just like some a sour apple slushie from 7-11.
