I am a new guy here. I will be keeping a 30 DAY LOG of Prime.
Here is a little background on myself. I started lifting again 9 months ago, I was at 190lbs and I am now down to 150lbs (I have been at 150lbs for the last 3 months) . The last time I lifted was when I was in my early 20's, I was about 200-205 and I am now 41....
Day 1
Day 30



My goals
-lean muscle gains.
- low body fat.
- overall better shape.
I don’t drink or smoke....Only drink water and 3 cups of skim milk each day.



MY DIET:

2,500 - 2800 calories a day for the last 9 months. Mostly fish, chicken, tuna, lean meat, pork chops, salads and vegetables. I average 3 solid meals and 4-5 shakes each day. I just recently added Natural Peanut butter 2-3 tbls a day. I drink 1-1 ½ gallons of water a day.
Clean diet…no cheats what so ever….for the last 8 months..

SAMPLE:
This is the staple of my diet.
Breakfast: organic cereal with 1/2 cup blue berries 1 cup of skin milk.
Morning shake: EAS shake
Lunch: tuna or chicken or fish and veggies.
Afternoon snack: EAS shake
Pre-workout shake - 1/2cup oats and Met-rx shake in 2 cups of skin milk.
Post-work out- EAS myoplex shake
Dinner: tuna or chicken or fish and veggies
Late snack: Nat. PB or 2% cottage cheese
Before bed - EAS shake.


Supplements:

I have been on Anabolic Pump and recreate for the last 2 months.

Morning 1 AP and 2 recreate 30min before breakfast.
Afternoon with meal 1 AP
Pre-workout 1 AP & 2 recreate 15min before a Met-rx shake with 1/2cup oats in 2 cups of skim milk.
Pre and during workout - Whiteflood & Green Mag in 16oz of water.
Post-workout 1 EAS Myoplex shake
1 AP with meal

I workout at 6pm.....
I workout 7 days a week at home in my garage and change up my workout every couple of weeks. No cardio other than work( construction related work)

overall feeling 3/5 - I did not get a good nights sleep, felt like I was awake the entire night and this is not normal for me. Workout was a little off but still felt good. I felt really good on my bi's so I added a extra set of preacher curls.

Thanks guys, It has been a lot of hard work and dedication but feel like I have made a lot of progress in the last 9 months...
Anabolic Pump and recreate has helped me a lot...

A quick question: I have some Usplabs Powerfull and was wondering if I should also take Powerfull for Natural Test, my question is since my test is probably very low at 41 will it help raise my test?

Yes I do feel that I have my diet dialed in and have held steady at 150lbs for the last few months. So for me to have gained 2lbs in less than a week is telling me something is adding the weight and the only addition is Prime. I am up another pound this morning, so I am really pumped about Prime. I would be very happy with 5-6 lbs increase over 30day and still look lean.
No roids or hgh what so ever .. Only Anabolic Pump, recreate , EAS & Met-rx protien and now PRIME..

overall feeling 4/5 - My workout went great, it was a nice steady pace plus I was not tired at all at the end. Overall I have had great improvement in endurance over the past week. Felt like I still had more in my tank. My chest was sore today after yesterdays workout.

One thing I would like to mention after observing my son while on Prime. Don't be afraid to push the heavy weight around, even do some lower rep workouts, there are tremendous strength increases on this product and it is a good time to go heavy.

EXACTLY ! i set like 5 6 PR so far man ! my strength is there i just haven't seen any size increase just yet but its on day 12 so well see i hope i can get some more money so i can run it back to back cuz thats when i think its gonna really kick in 55 is alot tho man .. i wish i would have got another at 30 :aargh:

Again I will say that I think you'll see more progress with some lower rep sets and heavier weight. Maybe mix it up were doing 5/5/5/8/12 for example. It's just that strength is one of the main advantages this supp gives you and I think you could take better advantage with lower heavier sets. Just my opinion.

Hey thanks for the tip....My goal in this log is stay with the exact same schedule I have been on for the last few months because my weight was at 150lbs for so long, but only add Prime and see what the result would be. So I think I will stay at the 15 reps for the 30day log . Then change up with lower reps after the 30 day log. I am planning atleast a 60 day run of Prime, so the last 30days will be the lower reps with more weight... That is my plan.

overall feeling 5/5 - Ok I am now starting to feel what Prime is all about...I am NOT getting some jacked up feeling of wild intensity however my workout is what I can describe as very mellow with a lot of stamina plus the weights are really feeling lighter. So I would say it was another GREAT workout!!!! I still had a lot left in the tank. Normally I am spent after legs but not today.

damn nice log.... n I woulda guessed you were in your 20's from your pic! great job. Hope to see you add osme serious mass... I think the increased weight/lower reps during the weeks 5-8 will really throw some on!

Dont forget to bump the cals as your weight increases if you want to continue to gain, remember maintainance increases too.

overall feeling 4/5 - Increased all my weights today since the weights had been feeling lighter over the last week. Workout was nice and steady even though I have a slight abdominal strain, from over working my abs...Seems that Prime will do this. Once again I still had a lot left in the tank even after increasing the weights. All I can think about all day is working out and I have a nice pump all day with more vascularity...

Your a little bigger in the arms and chest and definitely a little leaner. I can see more veins in your chest as well.

For only using Prime dosed at 2x2x2 a day, I think the results are better than I expected 2 weeks in...

I am seeing benefits from all of the above but the stamina is the most pronounced effect.. then it would be the strength and then the well being...

Only side affect is I cannot take Prime past 6:00pm or I have trouble sleeping...I am having some wild dreams....

overall feeling 5/5 - Ok this is now getting ridiculous. Today was my best workout so far with Prime. I added weight on all of my exercises and it still felt light. Not only added weight but added more sets also. My pumps are getting much more noticeable throughout the day. A friend came over today and he said " Man your ripped up".
Also my ab strain is almost nonexistent now but I will hold off on abs for a few more days. Also a week ago I strained a calf, it was sore before I went to bed and the next day it was fine. I don't know if Prime has something to do with healing strained muscles but I am recovering from slight strains very quickly.

overall feeling 5/5 - Ok his is the magical week three of Prime and I know this stuff is doing it for me.. Today was legs day and I added 20lbs to my squat and the weight still felt light....not only that I also added 20lbs to my leg press weight and it also felt light, then added 10lbs to my lying leg curls and could of added more weight. I still had a lot left in my tank but made myself stop.... My workout was nice and steady with a overall calm feeling....


Legs

leg extensions 4sets x 15 reps
squats 4sets x 10reps +20lbsfrom 225lbs to 245lbs
leg press 4sets x 10 reps +20lbs from 260lbs to 280lbs
lying leg curls 4sets x 10reps +10lbs



Prime dosing: 2 morning - 2 lunch- 2 evening plus AP 15-30 min before meals. Purple wraath, WF and GM prework out drink.
WEIGHT morning 153LBS evening 157LBS
Up +3 Still holding my 3 pounds and getting closer to 4lbs...
