    I had an oops today. I took it in the morning and forgot that I had an appointment for my eyeballs. So, I ended up going to the gym 10 hours after taking it. I think I could have done better had I not effed it up! Oh well, next time I guess.

  3. It was only one rep, I lost some strength after my cut though. I was repping 185 8-12 times, but now I lost some. Or, actually it could be because I pre-exhaust my shoulders before I do it that I lose some strength. Whatever.

    I feel terrible because my throat hurts and my body aches. I don't know if it's soreness or sickness or a combination of both.

    Boo, I haven't gotten sick in years.

    I don't know wtf is going on. My narrow pull downs were insane today. I don't know wtf got in to me. My DB curls were shaky though. My first set was weak, but the other sets were stronger. I don't get it. *Shrug*

    Yeah, although certain things haven't been going my way I seem to always be looking on the brighter side.


    I'm starting to get sad because no more CRE-02. I think I'm going to HAVE to order some more this is too good of a supplement to not take advantage of.

    Great workout bro, and a great log, youve improved so much in your workouts while on cr-02.
    This is one of the first times, that a supplement has worked in every log ive seen, but not just worked, but surpassed, and suprised both the user and those onlooking in the way its continued to produce mind blowing results.
    Earlier on you had an 88 percent increase in lateral pulldown stamina and volume.
    It seems like this could be the one supp that could be hyped right up, and deliver on all its promises.
    Im so impressed, i ordered this yesterday, and now i cant wait to try it out.

    Awesome day, I'm finally moving past 55 lb dumbbells for my next workout! Also, I can't believe I was able to rep 195 on incline when last week I was barely able to push one rep!

  23. I did! For some reason I have a couple of CRE doses in the bottle left. I guess I forgot to dose a couple of times on non gym days? Anyway, I'll log those the best I can and the extra sample I got from you guys.
