    This supplement works so well, that I'm not even surprised every time I do better than the last week. This stuff is good!

    I checked my weight: 166.2, That's 13 pounds thus far. Not too bad, I have been grubbing it up!

    Another awesome workout man! It's scary but your results thus far on CRE-O2 are pretty typical. It keeps getting better too.

    Jesus, really? I know I've been pushing it, but 88% sounds like a number thrown around in a muscle tech ad. Well, this stuff works, plain and simple. I wish I had taken other kinds of creatine other than cell tech to compare to, but I don't. And, I think the numbers speak for themselves. I can't wait for my final measurements too, hopefully not too much of it will be on my midsection haha.

    And, this is with no other supplements, I wonder what it would be like to stack it with other MST products....

    How did you figure out those numbers by the way?

  11. It could be because I started this log following a summer long cut/recomp and the supplement along with the sudden increase of calories makes for exponential buffery.

    I lost some reps on hamstring curls because I am doing them much slower. I am doing 3 seconds up, 2 seconds down. I feel it much more today, so I think I will keep doing them this way for now.

    I had an oops today. I took it in the morning and forgot that I had an appointment for my eyeballs. So, I ended up going to the gym 10 hours after taking it. I think I could have done better had I not effed it up! Oh well, next time I guess.

  18. It was only one rep, I lost some strength after my cut though. I was repping 185 8-12 times, but now I lost some. Or, actually it could be because I pre-exhaust my shoulders before I do it that I lose some strength. Whatever.

    I feel terrible because my throat hurts and my body aches. I don't know if it's soreness or sickness or a combination of both.

    Boo, I haven't gotten sick in years.

    I don't know wtf is going on. My narrow pull downs were insane today. I don't know wtf got in to me. My DB curls were shaky though. My first set was weak, but the other sets were stronger. I don't get it. *Shrug*

    I was able to tri-set my last three exercises without even being gassed at all! Next week I add more exercises, w00t.

    Very noticable, but calve raises (the last ten reps) BURNED LIKE NO OTHER!
    Increased pump:
    Yeah, they felt huge.
    Mood enhancement:
    Yeah, although certain things haven't been going my way I seem to always be looking on the brighter side.


    I'm starting to get sad because no more CRE-02. I think I'm going to HAVE to order some more this is too good of a supplement to not take advantage of.
