  1. Lol, well, I had a protein shake and showered.

    Then headed over to california pizza kitchen for my routine weekly cheat meal. It was ****ing great. I had the california club and a guiness on top of that. I miss my guiness! Thank god I'm bulking again.


  2. I don't so much enjoy a straight pint...but I will drink Irish Carbombs til i'm blue in the face! Those things are awful for ya...but they're just so damn good.

    They mix a half shot of Jameson Whiskey and a half shot of Bailey's Irish Cream and you drop the mixture shot into a pint of Guiness and chug it. Tastes like friggen Irish Chocolate Milk.

    Man I bet sex after a leg workout was brutal...and awesome at the same time! I always make the girl go on top for most of the time if I have leg doms lol

    I made sure to take it 2 hours pre-workout. I had a pretty good workout today. I added reps in most of my exercises and I didn't feel like I broke form at all. My triceps were probably the biggest difference. I added 5 pounds on the first set and manage to pull off the same number of reps as last week. I was then still able to add 5 more pounds on top of that to be in my desired range.

    Another awesome workout man! It's scary but your results thus far on CRE-O2 are pretty typical. It keeps getting better too.

    Jesus, really? I know I've been pushing it, but 88% sounds like a number thrown around in a muscle tech ad. Well, this stuff works, plain and simple. I wish I had taken other kinds of creatine other than cell tech to compare to, but I don't. And, I think the numbers speak for themselves. I can't wait for my final measurements too, hopefully not too much of it will be on my midsection haha.

    And, this is with no other supplements, I wonder what it would be like to stack it with other MST products....

    How did you figure out those numbers by the way?

  21. It could be because I started this log following a summer long cut/recomp and the supplement along with the sudden increase of calories makes for exponential buffery.

    I lost some reps on hamstring curls because I am doing them much slower. I am doing 3 seconds up, 2 seconds down. I feel it much more today, so I think I will keep doing them this way for now.
