You will def notice a slight difference in breathing but I dont think it will be by much.

As for the ZMK, I dont know. I tried mine last night and it kept me up. So its your call. If you do, Id take it like 1.5-2 hours before you plan to fall asleep.

There is Cordygen in the Cre-02 which is why you're feeling the increased breathing capability as well as the added endurance. It is a bonus in this creatine that is yet another way that it helps your body feel the product more easily.

The zmk is a good choice tonight..or any night for that matter. However I want to clarify something real fast. zmk is not meant to make you fall asleep...it is a product that will restore the minerals in your body when they are lost through extensive training. The product that will help you get to sleep is Somnidren GH.

Zmk for me personally, just makes 6 hours of sleep feel like 8 hours of sleep because my body is more recovered and ready to take on some more!!

Well that explains why I was able to recover yesterday from lack of sleep so well. So zmk is best taken post workout?

oh no no...i'm sorry if I confused you. Your vitamins should be taken during the day always....

Your minerals like zinc, magnesium, copper, etc...should always be taken at night. They restore your body in your sleep..which is why zmk is so popular...you wake up refreshed and energized. It is not so much a sleep aid as in getting you to bed, but once you are asleep...it will do tremendous amounts to repair the essential minerals you've lost throughout the day.
