  2. Sorry cant type..I wanted to run on the eliptical too, still might..but i needed to get my car on the road. But i still might hit up the eliptical in front of the tv hear at home and watch Darren McFadden get bizz tonite...still feel really energized..and my work out was cut short..just cardio part...weights//psssss there was no getting me out of there(gym) i was focused and ready for anything!!! I knew this would be good! Hope you guys like the Movie??!! Haha. im going to hit th e eliptical up and watch the Raaaiiddaasss!!

  8. DAY 2:: CRE-02

    Tris and Back Today

    ENDURANCE/STAMINA!! WAY UP TODAY!!

    Will start of by stating that....
    It was real easy to get back to my next set...RECOVERY TIME was GREAT!!!!!

    My lungs felt great..really easy for me to breath today for some reason...felt like an Asmatic High Schooler who just took a big puff off his inhaler!!!! HAHA

    Anyways, so ENDURANCE/STAMINA WAY UP>

    STRENGTH was also up today, felt like i could get those last 2 reps alot easier today with out straining or cheating...

    Almost felt like i had someone assisting me..weird..but nice, very nice!!!
    CRE-02 is DEF helping my STRENGTH already...BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I jumped up in weights in all of my exercises....and still could do the same amount of Reps I was doing at the lower weights....and do it with out straining or cheating...giving my muscles alot of burn....FEELS F'N GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Had great control of the weights...very sturdy and seems like CRE-02 ishelping my form..VERY NICE (BORAT VOICE)!!!!!

    Im gonna be honest..so far so good..TWO PHAT THUMBS UP!!!!

    Stayed away from Creatine lately...BUT, this is DEF gonna be in my arsenal...ITS THAT GOOD, THAT FAST!!

    Im not just saying this either!! MY WORD IS BORN...CRE-02 is doing what it says, and then some!!!

    I have A.D.D. So, Imma take a break from typing..ill be back to add on here if need be...Cant sit here anymore...Gotta move, Gotta move, Gotta move on!!!

    Took ZMK before bed 7:00pm.
    Tris: Dips, Skull Crushers, 1-armed db Tri-Extenstions(25/30/30/25), Cable Extenstions(60/70/70/80)
    Back: Flys Lateral(20/25/30/25),Reverse Flys(20/25/25/20) 1-armed db Rows(30/35/40/40), Lying Bent Over db Rows(35/35/40/40)..............Very Very Very Very Very Good Workout All PR"S on Back Exercises!!!!!!!!!

    CRE-02 is working great: Strength Up, Endurance UP, Stamina UP, Motivation UP!!!!!!

    I took the Cordy yesterday though..u think i would still feel that on todays workout????? Curious..

  12. You will def notice a slight difference in breathing but I dont think it will be by much.

    As for the ZMK, I dont know. I tried mine last night and it kept me up. So its your call. If you do, Id take it like 1.5-2 hours before you plan to fall asleep.

  15. There is Cordygen in the Cre-02 which is why you're feeling the increased breathing capability as well as the added endurance. It is a bonus in this creatine that is yet another way that it helps your body feel the product more easily.

    The zmk is a good choice tonight..or any night for that matter. However I want to clarify something real fast. zmk is not meant to make you fall asleep...it is a product that will restore the minerals in your body when they are lost through extensive training. The product that will help you get to sleep is Somnidren GH.

    Zmk for me personally, just makes 6 hours of sleep feel like 8 hours of sleep because my body is more recovered and ready to take on some more!!

    oh no no...i'm sorry if I confused you. Your vitamins should be taken during the day always....

    Your minerals like zinc, magnesium, copper, etc...should always be taken at night. They restore your body in your sleep..which is why zmk is so popular...you wake up refreshed and energized. It is not so much a sleep aid as in getting you to bed, but once you are asleep...it will do tremendous amounts to repair the essential minerals you've lost throughout the day.

    Day off today...Let the fibers I shredded, heal up for tomorrow.


    Popped My 3 CRE-02 this morn at 10:30...washed em down with Whey shake...Multi-V and Fish-Oil.

    Felt real good all day due to the fact that i popped my 4 ZMK's at 7pm last night.

    ZMK's helped me pop right outta bed this morn at 7am like it was nobody's bizz-nazz!!!....GOOD STUFF!!!!!

    Update to last night: Did 30mins on Elyptical{spell check}..4miles!! FELT GREAT...LUNGS WIDE OPEN!!!

    Whey all day today,... Koshi cereal(?) 1 bowl,... 3 shakes....2 tuna boats..hahaha!!!!
    Dinner still to come.

    Tomorrow right back at it cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!
    Shoulders..heavy ab work..light legs....lol!!!!


    Ohh and before I forget..CTDeuce...The Carnage...Yeah hers the thing: It says "To Achieve maximum itramuscular carnosine levels, Carnage should be taken consectively for a maximum of 30 days."...........Yeah, ya only gave me 4 pills??

    Another insane workout!! Everyday keeps getting better!!

    Really enjoying the CRE-02!!

    WORKOUT:

    LEGS:All the leg garbage ( Spats, Leg curls...blah blah blha....F*ck'n hate legs!!! (weighted calf raises) vert was at 34 in. (cant wait to see if i can get vert to 40in. Hahaha) Dunking since 9th grade nugga!!

    SHOULDERS:Military Press (PR's) this was a great workout!! Military press, 125 once, not bad for me. Two Arm Front Deltoid Dumbbell Raises. Seated Dumbbell Deltoid Presses. Standing Deltoid Military Presses. Dumbbell Deltoid Lateral Raises. Upright Barbell Deltoid Rows.
    Smith Machine Behind The Head Deltoid Presses. One Arm Front Cable Raises. Good Sheeeeet!!!




    ABS: Lots of exercise ball work, weighted sit-ups, crunches, hanging sit-ups.

    Thats all...GREAT WORKOUT!! Love the CRE-02

    Almost forgot!..........I was feeling so F*cking good...grunting moaning...just feeling great. That I decided at the 'END' of my workout that i wanted to max-out on my bench....well....I crushed my old max...and put it up 3x's!!!!! Lets just say an extra couple 45 plates were added!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
