Okay so I was going to follow 2 week on 2 week off method..
Yet i have benedryl. and i was wondering if i coudl take benedrl for a week stay off clen for a week then get back on in 1 week instead of 2 by taking bendryl before bed everynight on that one week off.. or.. can i stack EC on the off weeks?
